ABSTRACT:
Spain is located under average of the OCDE, in subjects like maths and reading. To improve
the school performance is possible thank to practice to sport and healthy habits. The study
was performed more than 7000 students (between 6-12 years). It has been shown that
the students practice sport and practice healthy habits improve gradually. The 34.6% of
students that practice sport habitually, their marks are better in maths and language for
example. Other aspects that influence in school performance are the TV consumption and
the time when go to bed. So, the children when practice sports his mind distracted in
other things. To improve healthy habits, the children should eat fruit 3 times per day,
drink water and go to bed at 9 P.M.
PERSONAL OPINION:
My personal opinion is that the children had practice sport, at least 3 times per week. The
sport improves the school performance and healthy habits. Also sport distract and is good
for your body. The children today, used to the computer, the play station… for that
reasons the sport is good for they. I agree with the subject of P.E, because in my situation
I practice little sport and its good for me.
