Cloud computing is a new proposed computing model based on grid computing and the core technology of next generation network platform .It provides reliable and secure data storage, convenient web services and strong capability of calculation. In education, cloud computing will be the fundamental environment and platform of future network learning. It will have positive effect in the construction of personal learning environment for learners, resources construction in schools and development of educational information systems.
