STAR GUIDELINES ALL Students MUST bring academic materials EVERY day!! ALL Students MUST be engaged in a learning activity during the entire STAR period. ALL Students MUST work individually or with an assigned tutor. ALL Students MUST check in with their assigned STAR teacher before reporting to the “pass” teacher. Students must arrive to the “pass” teacher prior to the tardy bell and stay in that classroom for the remainder of the period. ALL Students MUST be in their assigned area
Progress Reports Given approximately every three weeks Reported in percentages Final grades are letter grades at the end of the semester. Students failing a core class will attend a STAR Study Group until the grade has been raised to passing. You can keep track of your grades on the parent/student portal.
