The MBTI sorts psychological differences into four opposite pairs, or dichotomies, with a resulting 16 possible psychological types: extraversion/introversion, sensing/intuition, thinking/feeling, judging/perceptionThe Enneagram of Personality is a model of human personality which is principally used as a typology of nine personality types tha are represented by the points of a geometric figure called an enneagram, which also indicates some of the connections between the types. In business contexts it is generally used as a typology to gain insights into workplace dynamics.
