Introduction One of the idealism of the International standard  school program is using the English in teaching and  learning process. English proficiency is a problem,  The new strategy is really needed to solve this  problem.
Question of problem  The writer formulized the limited questions of  Problems: What strategy that can be used by RSBI teacher to teach non-English subject? What kind of activity that can be applied in the classroom?
The four points particularly discussed:
1. Using language in the classroom The ability of organizing the class is required by  teachers in order to succeed the process of teaching  and learning. Teachers and students should commit  to use English as a media of teaching and learning.
2. The Application of English Presentation   The writer tries to promote the English  Presentation as one of the strategy in teaching  non English subject.
3. The activity of English Presentation The writer provides the stages how to do  English presentation:
