Procedure
L' Fill up the CNC commitment application form. Make sure your parents read the CNC guidelines, agree to
your participation in the activity, and sign the commitment application form. ;
2. Submit the duly accomplished application form in your designated submission boxes (at the Comp Sci unit)
by July tt,?.OtL (Monday).
3. Using an HONOR system (with the helpful reminders of your parents), undergo the CNC experience from July
