With reference to the above-mentioned subject we are pleased to enclose our standard terms, conditions
and our service structure for your kind perusal.

This Agreement is made and entered into effect on this Sunday, July 03, 2011.


By and between

Shan International Management & Commercial Consultants LLC, a company incorporated and
existing under the laws of the Emirates of Sharjah and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates,
having its registered office at P.O. Box 60870, Sharjah, (herein after referred to as the “First Party”)

And

Agility Catering & Support Services, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the
Emirates of Abu Dhabi and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, having its registered office at
P.O. Box 34512, Abu Dhabi. (Herein after referred to as the “Second Party”)

We hope that you find our terms and conditions are most suitable and we look forward to offer our best
services to M/s. Agility Catering & Support Services.

General Terms & Conditions

“First Party” will organize to recruit employees for the “Second Party” from Nepal, Myanmar and
Sri Lanka in accordance with the requirements of the “Second Party” on “Second Party’s” own visa.

Job Synopsis: “Second Party” will have to provide the “First Party” details and job description for each
category required giving information pertaining to qualification, nature of job, age and preferred
experience (whether require overseas experienced persons or candidates with experience in homeland)
this information will help the “First Party” to search and short list the right candidates for the “Second
Party”.



1.   Salary: As per “Second Party” demand letter.

2.   Food : Three times food will be provided by the “Second Party”

3.   Accommodation & transport: Accommodation and transport will be provided by the ‘’Second
     Party’’.

4.   Working Hours: 08 Hrs per day / 06 days a week.



5.   Visa & Medical card expenses: All visa and medical card expenses will be borne by the “Second
     Party”.

6.   Joining Air Ticket: As per the ‘’Second Party’’ recruitment policy.



7.   Our Guarantee: “First Party” shall guarantee for six months, the candidate/s supplied if found to
     be;
          1. Medically unfit
          2. Not performing his duties properly
          3. Incurred repeated absences without valid reason
          4. If candidate ran-away/absconded within the first 6 months

     All expenses borne by the “Second Party” shall be reimbursed by the “First Party” including
     expenses incurred reporting the candidate as absconder to Ministry of Labor for any of the above
     reasons subject to replacement visa.

8.   Interview & Trade Test: “First Party” will arrange to gather candidates required by the
     “Second Party”, and make available equipped trade centers to carry out trade tests where the
     candidates will be evaluated/accepted/rejected by the “Second Party” representative at no
     additional cost to the “Second Party”. Program/Schedule of interview shall be pre-arranged 10 days
     in advance. “Second Party” representative’s international, domestic airfare expenses and 05 star hotel
     stay expenses will be shouldered by the “First Party”.


9.   Advertisement expenses: “First Party” will publish advertisements in leading news papers to collect
     suitable applicants and the cost of the same will be borne by them.

10. First Party service charges: The “First Party” service charge will be US$ 250 (Negotiable) per
     candidate for all successfully recruited and employed by the “Second Party”. This amount will be
     borne either by the recruits or “Second Party”.

11. Mobilization: The “First Party” will complete all formalities relating to the appointed candidates up
     to their departure from their country to U.A.E

12. Medical exam: Prior employment, medical exam will be conducted in the recruit’s home country
     from a Government approved Medical Center and certificate of fitness will be forwarded to the
     “Second Party”.

13. All other terms and Conditions: As per UAE Labor Law.

Agility proposal

  • 1. Sunday, July 03, 2011 Mr. Hossam Hussein Human Resources Manager M/s. Agility Catering & Support Services Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Dear Sir, Sub: Consultation of Manpower With reference to the above-mentioned subject we are pleased to enclose our standard terms, conditions and our service structure for your kind perusal. This Agreement is made and entered into effect on this Sunday, July 03, 2011. By and between Shan International Management & Commercial Consultants LLC, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Emirates of Sharjah and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, having its registered office at P.O. Box 60870, Sharjah, (herein after referred to as the “First Party”) And Agility Catering & Support Services, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Emirates of Abu Dhabi and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, having its registered office at P.O. Box 34512, Abu Dhabi. (Herein after referred to as the “Second Party”) We hope that you find our terms and conditions are most suitable and we look forward to offer our best services to M/s. General Terms & Conditions “First Party” will organize to recruit employees for the “Second Party” from Nepal, Myanmar and Sri Lanka in accordance with the requirements of the “Second Party” on “Second Party’s” own visa. Job Synopsis: “Second Party” will have to provide the “First Party” details and job description for each category required giving information pertaining to qualification, nature of job, age and preferred experience (whether require overseas experienced persons or candidates with experience in homeland) this information will help the “First Party” to search and short list the right candidates for the “Second Party”. 1. Salary: As per “Second Party” demand letter. 2. Food : Three times food will be provided by the “Second Party” 3. Accommodation & transport: Accommodation and transport will be provided by the ‘’Second Party’’. 4. Working Hours: 08 Hrs per day / 06 days a week. 5. Visa & Medical card expenses: All visa and medical card expenses will be borne by the “Second Party”. 6. Joining Air Ticket: As per the ‘’Second Party’’ recruitment policy. 7. Our Guarantee: “First Party” shall guarantee for six months, the candidate/s supplied if found to be; 1. Medically unfit 2. Not performing his duties properly 3. Incurred repeated absences without valid reason 4. If candidate ran-away/absconded within the first 6 months All expenses borne by the “Second Party” shall be reimbursed by the “First Party” including expenses incurred reporting the candidate as absconder to Ministry of Labor for any of the above reasons subject to replacement visa. 2

Interview & Trade Test: “First Party” will arrange to gather candidates required by the “Second Party”, and make available equipped trade centers to carry out trade tests where the candidates will be evaluated/accepted/rejected by the “Second Party” representative at no additional cost to the “Second Party”. Program/Schedule of interview shall be pre-arranged 10 days in advance. “Second Party” representative’s international, domestic airfare expenses and 05 star hotel stay expenses will be shouldered by the “First Party”. 9. Advertisement expenses: “First Party” will publish advertisements in leading news papers to collect suitable applicants and the cost of the same will be borne by them. 10. First Party service charges: The “First Party” service charge will be US$ 250 (Negotiable) per candidate for all successfully recruited and employed by the “Second Party”. This amount will be borne either by the recruits or “Second Party”. 11. Mobilization: The “First Party” will complete all formalities relating to the appointed candidates up to their departure from their country to U.A.E 12. Medical exam: Prior employment, medical exam will be conducted in the recruit’s home country from a Government approved Medical Center and certificate of fitness will be forwarded to the “Second Party”. 13.
