OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU:
THE SECOND PARTY offers a guarantee on all candidates. Should any applicant employed through ARABIAN
CENTER leaves your employment within the 6 month’s (six Month’s) guarantee period, THE SECOND PARTY
undertakes to provide a replacement at no additional fees, subject to our invoice having been paid within 30 days of
issue.

FEES:
Our fee is equivalent to one month’s gross salary for each candidate who joined duties,
The fees will not incorporate such benefits as housing and transport air tickets, private medical
insurance.

CONDITIONS
1. The Second Party will provide the First Party with Recruitment Services as well as HR consultancies.

2. Fees arise and become due for payment by The First Party when the applicant introduced commences
   employment – in any capacity (part-time or full-time employment of the successful candidate, or any trial or
   probationary period that The First Party requests the successful candidate to perform) with your company or
   party to whom you have introduced the applicant. These terms and fees apply if the applicant is employed by
   The First Party or party introduced by The First Party, within six (6) months of the date of final interview.

3. The First Party hereby agrees to provide The Second Party with a copy of the offer letter or employment
   contract at the time of making an offer to any candidate introduced by any of The Second Party offices.

4. The Second Party is not responsible for establishing visa status or eligibility for employment of a candidate.
    The First Party shall be responsible for obtaining work and other permits, the arrangement of medical
    examinations and/or examinations into the medical history of any candidate and satisfy any medical and other
    requirement or qualifications required by law in the country of employment. The Second Party endeavors to
    ensure the suitability of any candidate introduced to The First Party and ensure that candidates are medically fit

before travel. The First Party shall verify any references and/or qualifications provided by any candidate and/or
    by The Second Party before engaging such candidate.

5. The second party agree to do their best to ensure that the candidates will join employment but in case any
   candidates doesn’t travel after the visa issued the second party agree to not charge any fees for this candidate
   and will not be responsible towards the cost involved in visa issuing and such other procedures.

6. Should the appointment of an applicant be subject to a trial period, the full applicable fee remains payable and
   the trial period will form part of the guarantee period, and the above terms still valid.

7. The full fee remains payable if the guarantee is not validated or the employee leaves due to misrepresentation,
    redundancy or reorganization, of if the candidate was selected and given an offer letter or employment contract
    then was cancelled by the first party before or after starting employment without a valid reason related to the
    candidate himself.

8. All requests for replacement or credits must be made in writing to The Second Party, within seven (7) days of
   the date of termination of employment.

9. Notwithstanding that the applicant has been carefully selected and that reference checks wherever possible have
   been carried out, The Second Party shall not be responsible for any loss or for any injury to any person or
   persons for any other damage from whatsoever cause arising directly or indirectly resulting from any act or
   omission of the applicant.

10. The First Party hereby warrants that he shall not divulge any information furnished by The Second Party in
    respect of the applicant which is furnished to the First Party in strictest confidence.

11. The engagement of an applicant introduced by THE SECOND PARTY will signify your acceptance of these
    conditions.

12. Any claim that the candidate information or application was received by other source or directly to the First
    Party will not be valid and the agreed fees will still be due as per the agreement terms unless the First Party
    inform the Second Party in writing about that in the same day of receiving the information about the candidate
    or application from the Second Party.

13. All parties introduced by The Second Party including individuals or companies locally or internationally should
    never be contacted directly for any reason by any means including fax, e-mail, phone, mail, SMS…, all
    correspondence to be made with those parties should be done exclusively through The Second Party. The
    Second Party has the right to demand double fees for any candidate recruited through those parties with
    violation of this term plus any compensation for any harm caused.

14. The First Party agree not hire any of the staff working for The Second Party companies up to 12 months from
    the time they leave employment.

15. In case of international recruitment trip, each assignments given to the Second Party will not be given to a third
    party unless proven that after the deadline set by The First Party, the Second Party cannot fulfill the
    requirements, then the Second Party should be informed by The First Party in writing.

16. Both parties guarantee to respect all terms in this agreement and accept all legal liabilities incase of violating
    any of the agreement terms.

Box: 99447 OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU: THE SECOND PARTY offers a guarantee on all candidates. Should any applicant employed through ARABIAN CENTER leaves your employment within the 6 month’s (six Month’s) guarantee period, THE SECOND PARTY undertakes to provide a replacement at no additional fees, subject to our invoice having been paid within 30 days of issue. FEES: Our fee is equivalent to one month’s gross salary for each candidate who joined duties, The fees will not incorporate such benefits as housing and transport air tickets, private medical insurance. CONDITIONS 1. The Second Party will provide the First Party with Recruitment Services as well as HR consultancies. 2. Fees arise and become due for payment by The First Party when the applicant introduced commences employment – in any capacity (part-time or full-time employment of the successful candidate, or any trial or probationary period that The First Party requests the successful candidate to perform) with your company or party to whom you have introduced the applicant. These terms and fees apply if the applicant is employed by The First Party or party introduced by The First Party, within six (6) months of the date of final interview. 3. The First Party hereby agrees to provide The Second Party with a copy of the offer letter or employment contract at the time of making an offer to any candidate introduced by any of The Second Party offices. 4. The Second Party is not responsible for establishing visa status or eligibility for employment of a candidate. The First Party shall be responsible for obtaining work and other permits, the arrangement of medical examinations and/or examinations into the medical history of any candidate and satisfy any medical and other requirement or qualifications required by law in the country of employment.   • 2. before travel. The First Party shall verify any references and/or qualifications provided by any candidate and/or by The Second Party before engaging such candidate. 5. The second party agree to do their best to ensure that the candidates will join employment but in case any candidates doesn’t travel after the visa issued the second party agree to not charge any fees for this candidate and will not be responsible towards the cost involved in visa issuing and such other procedures. 6. Should the appointment of an applicant be subject to a trial period, the full applicable fee remains payable and the trial period will form part of the guarantee period, and the above terms still valid. 7. The full fee remains payable if the guarantee is not validated or the employee leaves due to misrepresentation, redundancy or reorganization, of if the candidate was selected and given an offer letter or employment contract then was cancelled by the first party before or after starting employment without a valid reason related to the candidate himself. 8. All requests for replacement or credits must be made in writing to The Second Party, within seven (7) days of the date of termination of employment. 9. Notwithstanding that the applicant has been carefully selected and that reference checks wherever possible have been carried out, The Second Party shall not be responsible for any loss or for any injury to any person or persons for any other damage from whatsoever cause arising directly or indirectly resulting from any act or omission of the applicant. 10. The First Party hereby warrants that he shall not divulge any information furnished by The Second Party in respect of the applicant which is furnished to the First Party in strictest confidence. 11. The engagement of an applicant introduced by THE SECOND PARTY will signify your acceptance of these conditions. 12. Any claim that the candidate information or application was received by other source or directly to the First Party will not be valid and the agreed fees will still be due as per the agreement terms unless the First Party inform the Second Party in writing about that in the same day of receiving the information about the candidate or application from the Second Party. 13. All parties introduced by The Second Party including individuals or companies locally or internationally should never be contacted directly for any reason by any means including fax, e-mail, phone, mail, SMS…, all correspondence to be made with those parties should be done exclusively through The Second Party. The Second Party has the right to demand double fees for any candidate recruited through those parties with violation of this term plus any compensation for any harm caused. 14. The First Party agree not hire any of the staff working for The Second Party companies up to 12 months from the time they leave employment. 15. In case of international recruitment trip, each assignments given to the Second Party will not be given to a third party unless proven that after the deadline set by The First Party, the Second Party cannot fulfill the requirements, then the Second Party should be informed by The First Party in writing.
