Over the next years, edge aims to build a strong network within India (with a focus on the
Northern and Western region) and expand its operations to build a relevant and competitive
talent pool for Impact Business. The North West India Coordinator will play a pioneering role
in tapping into market opportunities in this part of the country. This person will help create
and implement strategies for this region, engaging stakeholders and players in the field of
Impact Business. We are looking for someone with strong networking and relationship
building skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset that is able to resolve situations using diverse
resources. The North West India Coordinator will be someone who has experience
collaborating with people from diverse cultures and experience with virtual communication
and work and makes as well as implements decisions for their country while leveraging and
contributing to the global edge team and brand.

Responsibilities:
o Strategise the delivery of edge's programs in North West India;
o Manage relationships with relevant stakeholders in the region;
o Manage the GBA Program in North – West India: sell the program to target
businesses; select and prepare candidates; cooperate with the global team in
promotion and learning environment for the GBAs;
o Market Research in North West India: Research on internet, networks, events, expert
interviews to document the state of the field of Impact Business and Impact
Investment in North West India;
o Develop relevant co-operations and identify potential clients and partners;
o Implementation of edge Learning Environment in North West India;
o Involve Indian talent in edge global activities;
o Representation of edge in North and West India;
o Contribute to developing edge India’s strategy together with the rest of the edge
India team;
o Participate in edge’s reporting structures, including regular virtual and in-person team
meetings;
Measures of success for the role:
o Number of GBA placements achieved in North – West India;
o Percentage of businesses and GBAs satisfied with the GBA Program;
o Number, quality and relevance of partnerships established;
o Number of people from North – West India participating in edge’s learning
opportunities;
