What is the relationship between health and regular physical activity? 5. What is exercise prescription and how can it improve health?  You will teach for 10 minutes each  Each teach must have a practical activity and visual aids. E.g. video  Resources must be sent to me prior to lesson start to hand out (Including PowerPoint slides)  Each teaching session must have some assessment. E.g. purposegames quiz or something to test learning
