What is it? <ul><li>The Pomodoro Technique was developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 80's while at University.  </li></ul><ul><ul><li>The Pomodoro Technique was created with the aim of using time as a valuable ally to accomplish what we want to do the way we want to do it, and to empower us to continually improve our work or study processes. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>It's a way of managing your time! </li></ul><ul><li>And it's Italian for &quot;tomato&quot; </li></ul>
  4. 4. You'll need 3 things! 1.Timer <ul><li>2. Paper for: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>To Do Today Sheet </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Activity Inventory Sheet </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Records Sheet </li></ul></ul>3. Pencil

Rules <ul><ul><li>A Pomodoro is indivisible; </li></ul></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><ul><li>If a Pomodoro starts it must finish to be valid; </li></ul></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Protect the Pomodoro - dealing with interruptions; </li></ul></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><ul><li>If a tasks lasts more than 5-7 Pomodoros break it up; </li></ul></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><ul><li>If a task lasts less than one Pomodoro, group similar tasks; </li></ul></ul>
