  • BRC Renovation Posted documents on October 28th  Used Competitive Sealed Proposal process Held pre-bid conference on November 9th Proposals due November 22nd Received six proposals – all above approved budget  Base bids ranged from $1,351,500 - $1,569,100  Total alternates ranged from $206,000 - $264,000
  • Original Project Alternates• Storefront system• Porcelain floor tile in restrooms• Side lights at all office doors• Two external windows in back stairwell• Remove tile flooring at building entry & stain floor• Construct four offices on 2nd floor in lieu of open area• Install new roof and insulationContingency Allowance: $50,000Signage Allowance: $5,000
