Re-finance group 2 is asked to develop a strategy that incorporates the following questions:
• How can Erasmus approach the industry in order to remove their buildings and let it have
a high quality reuse by disassembly and replacement of the building?
• Identify business models to allow reuse?
The proposed strategy should should be approached from different levels of reuse:
• Reuse of facade system
• Reuse of structural system
• Reuse of seperate elements
At the end of the workshop group one is asked to present the findings of both cases in a pitch
of 2-3 minutes to the other groups, see page 7.
