This document discusses options for conducting moderated remote user research on mobile devices in real-time. It presents six options: 1) using an IT support tool like Bomgar; 2) using a document camera; 3) having participants turn their laptop around; 4) using Lookback's Unicorns.io; 5) using AirServer with AirPlay; and 6) using Reflector. Each option is evaluated based on criteria like whether participants' faces and interactions can be seen, device platforms supported, image quality, and costs. Lessons learned are provided, such as scheduling tech checks in advance and planning for attrition due to technical issues.
