3. Switch to the page that will contain the link. Type the start of an anchor tag (<a>), type
the href attribute, an equal sign, the absolute or relative address, a hash symbol (#),
the anchor name, and the closing angle bracket.

4. Type the text (or insert the graphic) that you want to use as the visible manifestation of

5. Save the file, switch to your browser, and click the link. Make sure it takes you to the

7. Open a Link in a New Window
The original web page that allows you to link to other window still existing. And a new
window appears which you select to link.
