This document discusses the BOSS program, which teaches entrepreneurship to youth ages 16-19. The original objectives were to develop a global curriculum and teach 160 students over 2 years how to create jobs rather than take jobs. The program exceeded expectations by training over 3,281 students over 10 years. It helped students start 22 businesses and 5 additional training programs. BOSS expanded to 27 states and 12 countries with support from 364 partners and $341,500 in funding. It has been successful in building confidence and creating future business leaders.
