CULT-COOP-07-2017: Cultural heritage of European
coastal and maritime regions
Scope:
• Provide with a coherent framework for risk assessment
and sustainable management of European coastal cultural
heritage in a way that involves local stakeholders
• Promote evidence-based research on the impact of
participatory approaches in Cultural heritage (CH) policies
and governance
Instrument and budget: RIA (2,5 mln)
Deadline: 02-02-2017
Impact:
• Policy advice, pilot projects, networks, concepts, tools on
how to maintain and preserve tangible and intangible CH

CULT-COOP-06-2017: Participatory approaches and
social innovation in culture
Instrument and budget: RIA (2,5 mln), CSA (1,5 mln€)
Scope:
• RIA: Investigate new ways to develop the role of European
cultural institutions and their networks as cultural service
providers and hubs of social innovation
Impact:
• New institutional strategies to engage new audiences and
communities with innovative ways of cultural transmission
and creative re-use
• Analytical toolkits, best practices and policy
recommendations
