Sul piano della conservazione: improved damage assessment on cultural heritage, development of innovative conservation strategies and integrationof cultural heritage in the urbansetting.
•In FP6 (2002-2006) l’area di ricerca "Cultural Heritage and Conservation Strategies" era finanziata dal programma "Scientific Support to Policies". Obiettivo: orientare e armonizzare le politiche sui BC.
•Nel FP7 (2007-2013) I BC finanziati sotto il programma Ambiente: environment impact assessment, models and tools for risk evaluation, advanced and non- destructive techniques for damage diagnosis, new products and methodologies for restoration, mitigation and adaptation strategies for the sustainable management of both movable and immovable cultural assets
