A strategic intervention for supporting the:
-updating of the repertory of professional
competences available in EU;
-development and formalisation of new
LLL methodologies and approaches, in
order to promote the acquisition and
improvement of technical-professional
competences and of transversal skills
characterising the entrepreneurial profile;
-exploration and exploitation of the
potentialities offered by the interactive
virtual worlds for the construction of
pathways of guided apprenticeship in

reconstructed a
farm in virtual
environment and
the scenarios of
enterprise
management to be
used as setting for
an internship,
sustaining virtual
and experiential
learning.
Two innovative learning activities are put on scene:
- Interaction with challenging problems of professional practice, through interactive
video-machinimas.
- Simulations of activities and tasks of enterprise management and development in

characters.
A 3D environment, with a set of tools for business and cooperation, in a framework
of computer-supported collaborative learning which allows a synchronous interaction
among the users connected from different places and through their own Avatars.

The learners become entrepreneurs of V-Farm
They experience situations of Farm Management and are asked to
