The Challenge:
With the growth of eCommerce, Atlanta Barber Supply was spending a whole day
catching up on orders, and entering them into QuickBooks POS. Not only was this
time consuming, but it resulted in fulfillment errors and delays, creating issues in
inventory allocation and customer inquiries on orders status. The growth was
outpacing their manual processes.
With over 125 orders a day and the eCommerce volume growing to a third
of the business, the manual steps were simply taking too long
Updating order status & tracking in ProStores was not as timely as
customers expected.
The Solution:
Atlanta Barber Supply first implemented OzLINK to streamline the shipment
processes for their walk-in and catalog orders. Based on this success, they added
eCommerce automation. OzLINK processes the order file from ProStores and
automatically creates sales orders in QuickBooks. Post shipment, OzLINK also
creates a file of tracking numbers that are easily imported back into the ProStores
based eCommerce site. The results are:
