Anthropology Workshop Day
Your son/daughter has been invited to take part in an Anthropology Workshop Day on Thursday,
8th July. This will provide a unique opportunity for Year 12 Sociology students to discover and
consider the potential of Anthropology within a Higher Education environment. Your son/
daughter needs to make their own way to the British Museum, London for 9.15am where they
will meet Miss Beer, the Head of Sixth Form from Welling School. They will be involved in
activities at the university until approximately 3.30pm. They will then need to make their own
way home from the British Museum. Please could you complete the form below and return it to
me asap giving your permission for this to take place and your acknowledgement that pupils are
responsible for their own welfare and transport on this day.
