What do we mean by customer service?
 Customer service is the provision of
service to customers before, during and
after a purchase.
Why is it important?
 The perception of success of such
interactions is dependent on employees
"who can adjust themselves to the
personality of the guest".

in the previous years.
 Nowadays, there’s too much
competition and a wide range of
products or services and prices.
Business are adapting to customer’s

are the most important assets of an
