Introduction

Programme Description
The course is structured in accordance with the principles and practices of the internationally recognized
Project Management Institute (PMI®
), and the content will be based on the PMI®
’s flagship document, the
latest edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®
) Guide, which is recognized as the
world’s de facto standard for the project management profession. It is a comprehensive course that will assist
individuals in mastering the application of the PM knowledge, skills, tools and techniques as well as those
preparing for the PMI’s certification examination and will reflect the current changes, that is, the PMI Talent
Triangle.

organizations that could impact or be impacted by the project, to analyze the stakeholder expectations and
their impact on the project.

This module presents the processes, tools and techniques used to ensure that the project includes all the work
