This document discusses freedom of expression through dance. It focuses on ballet specifically. Ballet allows dancers to freely express their feelings and emotions through total control and discipline of the body. The objectives of dance are to successfully convey what the dancer feels and allow people to freely express themselves with their bodies. Ballet requires concentration, physical capacity, and discipline as a way of life. For the author, dancing ballet is a way to connect with God and express everything they feel.

2. Justification
I choose this topic not only because I like it, it is also a way to express and
communicate feelings, emotions of the body shape.
Being an universal language, accompanied with music. Also because is a form
of feeling free through dance, with the dance.
The body is expressing what the artist feels.
Objectives.
1. Successfully reaching what the dancer
2. Make people to feel free to express themselves with their bodies.

3. FREEDOM AT DANCE.
The dance began some years ago, being a way of communicate, but this a way
of communicate body was, as the years emerged different kinds of dances like
hip hop, folklore, jazz, ballet, tap, contemporary and any more.
But the then I will talk is ballet, because is a form of express feelings, emotions,
and it is this which is used for various dances.
Why the ballet?
Because it is based on total control and absolute of the body, is a discipline that
requires concentration and exercise capacity and as an attitude of life.
All body is likened and coordinated, also because I like it very much, and I
connect with God.
This dance, since this is achievable dancing express everything you feel.
The dance is my passion and the dancing is a way of life and learns to have
rhythm in every step you take, not only serves to dance you also for your daily
life and you learn to be disciplined in everything you do.
