1. DANCE CAN CHANGE PEOPLE’S BEHAVIOR<br />From the beginning of time, sounds and movements have been used to communicate; this has worked through the evolution of time and the human being.<br />The position of my body can show my emotional state; even if I do not want to say what is going on inside me. I am the way I move, I am what I think and what I believe, my behavior is implied in the different ways I behave myself.<br />Dancing is one of the most antique artistic expressions where the dancer performs different movements which mean specific things to people; this could easily change issues from the personal behavior because thanks to the meaning of movements the person reacts.<br />Trough dancing it is very easy to be or to feel confident about myself because dancing is not only for parties, it can also be a way of life. When somebody wants to practice any kind of dance their body immediately starts to change and starts a complete different meaning about their appearance and their confidence. <br />Even if they are not professional dancers they start feeling confident about their body in personal and professional life; they can feel as good as the professional dancer not only physically but also spiritually.<br />If I feel good, radiant and sure about myself that is what I will show to the world, I will demonstrate what I feel according to what I am doing to change my personal look.<br />When adult people dance, they feel they can touch the sky with their hands and they feel totally confident about their appearance because they feel their body has changed in a good way; they feel lighter, thinner and more beautiful or handsome depending on the situation.<br />That allows them to show their self confidence to the family that immediately notes the changes of the person.<br />For example, my mother has been dancing for two years now, she started because once I danced in a public presentation and she felt really proud, then she started the same classes I had; at the beginning she felt embarrassed because she was fatter than now and she did not wanted to be there because she felt heavy compared to some other ladies; then she started a diet program that she complemented with the dancing lessons and this combination helped her self confidence and now her behavior is completely different. She started to go to more and more classes and even night meetings with the groups and now she is totally confident of her self, she walks straight and she wears everything she wants to; now she is a dancer, from heart, and is noticeable on her behavior.<br />Maybe you can ask, how come it can change my behavior, has something to do with my , personality?<br />Dancing does not changes my personality it only helps it to make me feel better and self confident.<br />Professional dancers have specific moves in their professional life, depending on their dance specialty; ballet dancers as an example, are very strict with their body and not only about being thin, they take really good care of their bodies because the movements of this type of dance are supposed to seem really light and almost ethereal because the stories of the ballet stories are always delicate and subtle. That is why they are so straight and refined in all of their movements because each movements goes along a lot of conscience <br />
