FAXport IP Fax Messaging software allows users from their desktop
and anywhere on the network - to prepare, preview, send, and
receive faxes. Through integrating FAXport with Microsoft
Exchange / Lotus Notes, FAXport becomes a part of everyday
activities.
FAXport is a feature-rich technology that provides economical
network faxing capabilities and improved productivity.
Routing faxes to the user mailbox is a safe and efficient way to
receive faxes, and FAXport offers those features to the enterprise.
FAXport routes inbound faxes as e-mail to mailboxes or folders, and
the fax document is received as a TIF attachment, or, if the fax
document is scanned by OCR, it is received as metadata in PDF
format.

FAXport for Microsoft Exchange / Lotus Note, serves as a seamless fax
gateway that allows sending, receiving and tracking faxes directly from
Outlook / Lotus client. Sending and receiving a fax is similar to sending
and receiving an E-mail, time and money spent on user training is
saved.

FAXport over IP
FAXport IP Fax Messaging system for the distributed enterprise
is a virtual Fax over IP network; its architecture offers the
distributed organization to benefit from FAXport’s capabilities in
central and remote sites, yet saving significantly on long distance
calls.
The network is built around an LCR (Least Cost Routing) system
that provides intra-company Least Cost Routing and load
balancing.
Building an enterprise wide fax network with FAXport remote
server allows the branch office to take advantage of high
performance enterprise fax capabilities without investing in a full
price enterprise fax server.
