LILIT: an original platform for collaborative crowdsourcing that:
o Promotes innovation, creativity and effective knowledge sharing
o Enables matchmaking and internal/external cooperation
PROBLEM:
o Crowd vs. Selected groups
o Selection and allocation of the most appropriate team for the
resolution of different types of problems
APPROACH:
A skills-based methodology for advanced team
building in collaborative crowdsourcing contexts

Problem Identification
Teams characteristics in Collaborative crowdsourcing:
Fundamental Requisites:
Possession of skills that best match in a timely and effective problem resolution;
Measurable problem-solving capacities;
High speed of response;
Availability to grant one’s personal free time for joining highly specialized problem
solving sessions.

Conclusion
The paper demonstrates how the virtual team building process can be
effectively performed for a specific problem solving session
Focus on measurable skills
Intuitive and easily detectable assessment variables thanks to robust
and simple algorithms
Improve solvers’ personal profile and discover hidden skills
Future goals:
Social network analysis and smart measurements of interaction distances among
the community of experts
Management of novice users for:
o Education in problem solving abilities;
o Raising reputation;
o Enhancing problem solving skills.
Dynamic evaluation of individuals’ ability to use and manage the platform.
