ICE Conference 2013 Conclusion  The paper demonstrates how the virtual team building process can be effectively performed for a specific problem solving session  Focus on measurable skills  Intuitive and easily detectable assessment variables thanks to robust and simple algorithms  Improve solvers’ personal profile and discover hidden skills Future goals:  Social network analysis and smart measurements of interaction distances among the community of experts  Management of novice users for: o Education in problem solving abilities; o Raising reputation; o Enhancing problem solving skills.  Dynamic evaluation of individuals’ ability to use and manage the platform. 18
