Consultancy
Once we have established a
project’s potential for international
launch, a senior member of the
International Project Marketing
team will form part of the
development consultancy group.
We are able to advise on apartment
mix, design and specification; and
can suggest appropriate amenities
and resident services in order to
maximise international demand.
As part of our sales and marketing
role we ensure that all collateral is
suitable for our agreed international
target markets.
As the launch date approaches,
we provide a step by step plan and
closely manage suppliers to deliver
requirements on time and within
budget.
Global launches
Depending on objectives, the
International Project Marketing
team will advise on relevant launch
centres for maximum return.
The team will provide marketing
and logistical advice and work
in collaboration with colleagues
at Savills offices in each launch
centre.
A member of the team will travel
to each centre and co-ordinate
the launch event alongside our
specialist international teams
based throughout our global
network.
Private meetings / 1:1s
Certain projects, often of a more
sensitive nature and/or high price
point, may require a different sales
approach. By tapping into Savills
extensive databases, we are able
to arrange private meetings with
buyers and wealthy investors who
require a more discreet approach.
Seminars
The seminar format is a useful
way of informing investors who are
interested in building their market
knowledge. Savills extensive
global research capabilities means
that we can deliver a variety of
research-led seminars in order
to update and inform potential
purchasers on the latest market
trends and how that relates to your
project.
Savills Sales teams
We work directly with our
international teams who are based
in the key strategic global cities and
specialise specifically in overseas
investment. These teams also
interact with their domestic sales
teams as well as the other Savills
departments, in order to tap into
the wider Savills client base.
A member of the International
Project Marketing team will
conduct a full briefing prior to the
commencement of sales, ensuring
that all queries are answered
and the sales people have a
comprehensive understanding of
the project.
We also arrange a bi-annual
conference in London to ensure
that international teams have a
thorough understanding of London
and the market as well as to view
current and future development
sites.
Exhibitions
The exhibition format is a tried and tested
method of launching residential development
projects on an international stage. Savills
will advise on venue, marketing collateral,
development model design and production,
as well as sales strategy and management
during the event.
