Assessment Data
When logged in as a Group Admin, access “Student Assessment”
from the Admin drop-down menu. You can also access it from the
dashboard.

Assessment Data
Selecting Student Assessment, will bring you to the Assessment
Overview Page. From here you can see Group and Class
performance on all assessment questions.

4. Access Student
Assessment Data
To view assessment data for another course, select it from the drop
down menu on the left side of the page.

You can view assessment data for all students in your group under
the tab All Classes, or you can view data by class.

Assessment Data
Each column represents questions within a lesson. Grey squares
reflect untaken questions. Green refers to correct multiple choice
questions, red to incorrect, and yellow reflects free text questions.

7. Access Student
Assessment Data
Downloading student assessment data will pull data on all courses
for multiple choice and graded free text questions.

8. Access Student
Assessment Data
Hovering over an individual square will give you the text from the
question.

9. View Individual
Performance
Clicking on the students’ names will show you their performance on
all questions in all courses.

10. View Individual Performance
and Grade Free Text
Free text responses are in the second column. To grade them, click
on N/A. Use pop up box to score and comment on free text response.

11. View Group Performance on
Individual Questions
Click on performance analysis on the Overview page to see group
performance on individual questions in that lesson.
Clicking on a student
name will show you their
performance on all
questions and allow you
to grade free text
questions.
