Survey.com’s mobile merchandisers are trained to visit assigned stores and use
a mobile application to complete merchandising tasks, restock shelves, rotate
products, set up promotional displays, and interact with store personnel. They
might enter data about inventory levels, promotional materials compliance,
prices offered by competitors, damaged products, and other client requested
tasks.
This visibility information and action results are then available to view and
download from the client dashboard or via API into your systems.

The approach focuses on two areas of visibility, Presence (OOS, Distribution, etc..)
and Promotion (Sales, Marketing, Merch). By evaluating presence and promotion
we can build action plans to increase sales, reduce OOS, increase inventory, drive
display coverage, evaluate store issues, leverage for ads or even category captain.
