1996- 1999 New VynaI (Collections Manager)
was the manager of New Vynal home Improvement Company.
This was a small family owned business. I had two other collection agents that I
supervised. Thanks to successful collection efforts we made this company a
billion dollar company and repeat customers.
2000- 2004 Debi's 6 Strings & Hot Rods( title owner)
I was responsible for all manners of operations including financing, client
communications, Orders, Merchandising, Payroll, Training/ hiring.
2005-2007 Wishard Hospital Medical Records Clerk
I worked the North and South 6th floor medical records. My job consists of
collection floor medical records and put files in their proper order.
2009-2010 Drapers & Damons. Naples, Florida. Sales Clerk
Worked as a Sales Clerk for destination store. Responsibilities were customer

Honors & Activities
After working for CAI (Collections Associates Inc.) for just a short time I was recognized
for obtaining my yearly goal.
I was one of four collectors out of 50+ chosen to head up a special project of collections
to work closely with management and company in the Philippines
I was recognized within CAI and the hired call center agency in the Philippines, as being
the best agent that was on the St. Elizabeth project that they worked with.
