Logo Settings is enabled, the
name format configured in
People Profile is used instead of

➢ The Capabilities Portfolio
displays the capabilities assigned
to an employee along with the

proficiency rating scale to
display the ratings assigned to
an employee's competencies in
the Capabilities Portfolio.
➢ The number of proficiency levels
can be three, four or five.
