1. OD FUND
Organizational Development Fund (ODF) is a fund held by AIESEC Indonesia to
support the growth and development of initiatives of Local Committee and
Expansions.
Example of usage: exchange project, CEED, etc.

But this time ODF will be only given for the great initiatives that give SIGNIFICANT
SUPPORT FOR AIESEC 2015!
The initiatives is for both your term and cross-term (planned this term, executed in
next terms)

NOTES:
OD Fund is not included Expansion Fund (it’s a separate fund. So if you want to have
expansion visit, you have to propose expansion fund).

Application Process
1) The entities that can apply for this fund is all LC’s and expansions
2) Application should be submitted as specified at the time of opening
(deadline of ODF Proposal submission: 5th January 2014)
3) AIESEC Indonesia will release a standard format of applications &
budget (not a template. So make your proposal as creative as you can,
as detail as possible!)
4) The allocation of the funds is decided by the MCP, VP F and MCVP

Application Timeline
1) The deadline will be 3 weeks before National Election Conference
(which, the deadline of ODF Proposal submission is decided to be on 5th
January 2012)
2) There should be time given for a maximum of one week for feedback and
recommendations from the MCVP Finance on the applications received
(So make sure after the submission, you activate your push mail for fast
coordination for the proposal feedback)
3) Feedback/clarifications should be requested from the applying entity at
least 2 weeks prior the National Election Conference

2. 4) Final approval will be given at National Election Conference and will be
presented by the LC which will have proposed the ODF grant

The applications (proposal) should include but is not restricted (the more details the
better) to
1) Timelines, objective and activities planned
2) Purpose of funding
3) Budget
4) Usage of funding
5) Impact of funding: How the fund will influence the Society, AIESEC
Branding, and global association
6) Endorsement – endorsement from one external body (partner, BoA,
alumni) for the project (include the content)
Make sure that yo make it precise and NOT BLUR.
Do not guess or assume.

FAQ

• How many LC will get the grant?
Unlimited. The approval will be depended on the innitiatives/idea
and the quality information (details) of your proposal.
• How many initiative/proposals ONE LC can propose?
As many as you can. It is unlimited.
• If the initiatives are approved, how many each proposal
can get?
By maximum is 80% of the budget.
