AIRACOM DAILY JOB TASK / FULL DESCRIPTION
DAILY TASK
At Airacom I managed the Service Cloud Platform CRM to enhance and developed daily task for co-
workers. In addition, I enhanced the CRM staff system for the cases and activities required for day to
day work. The system created also allowed me to learn apex code associated with Visualforce, HTML
and CSS with the various plug-ins to assist company system. Furthermore, I learned how to manage
and maintain cases (daily activities), equipment, equipment loans and product which contains
associated information
My main priority of the role was to maintain all Mobile handsets and upgrade all handsets if needed.
In addition, I had to learn all about handsets and how they operate, making me gain experience
when a customer needed help, set up their device, or if they had problems with a technical support
inquiry. Furthermore, another main duty was to test and deploy app on the device to see if they
work correctly, or if the device was damaged by the client that needed to be replaced.
My Second main priority of my role was to manage all shipments and orders made in the company,
the procedure was to book all the orders in the CRM system and book all the order with the correct
shipping provider, during the packaging all the equipment had to be packaged with the correct
supplies to protect all equipment needed to be dispatched to the customer.
In addition, I had to maintain all orders sent to the client and notify them via email or calling them.
Adding up, calling the customer was needed to confirm the shipping address and confirming that
their order was ready to dispatched and they will receive the order shortly.
WEB DEVELOPING EXPERIENCE
At Airacom I work with the marketing team to assist them to maintain the website using various
programming languages, including HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery and working in a lamp
environment (early stage of testing the website using XAMPP and WAMP).
In addition, produce or edit design made by the graphic designer via Photoshop. Adding up, one of
the skills enhanced was building a responsive website using media queries assisted via the
developer’s tools and testing the website via tablets, mobile and cross browser testing. Furthermore,
updating the website using the CMS provided and upgrading plugins if required.
As a developer I’m still developing my web development skills and some self-training is done to
improve my coding skills and selling items via eBay to expand my E-commerce and my graphic design
ability.

TECH SUPPORT EXPERIENCE
My priority at Airacom was to support all clients and colleagues whether it was with the equipment
or Mobile handsets. This was done by installing or configuring computer hardware such as operating
systems and applications. In addition, I had to maintain and monitor computer systems and
networks. The steps required to assist the client was to follow a series of actions, either face-to face
or over the phone to help them solve their issue and update the CRM.
At Airacom, I work with the Sale director and Marketing team who also have experience in technical
support, assisting each other to troubleshoot network problems and fix them including hardware or
software faults. In addition, daily reports were generated helping me see the locations of the devices
(Service centre) and to see how they take to be repaired with various reports needed to improve
how the company runs.
One of my main skill that I learned at Airacom was testing and evaluating new technology and
making sure they conduct with the correct electrical safety with the correct training provided by
senior members. Furthermore, I also improved my technical skills, organisational skills, social skills,
communicating with clients and working under pressure.
