Soft skills in the workplace.
Soft skills are skills that have to do with intangible qualities, such as
communication in the workplace. This has to do with talking with your boss
and making small talk with fellow employees
So soft skills are all about building relationships at work?

So there are soft skills and hard skills. What are hard skills?

Hard skills are the technical skills you have that enable you to do a certain job.

Tonight is part 2 of the seminar. We are going to learn about how to handle
constructive criticism.
That’s right. It’s one thing to know what constructive criticism is, but it’s
another thing to know how to handle it.
Taking criticism in the right way isn’t easy. I wouldn’t mind attending that
