Yoga for Beginners : A Biography
Human Life is an auspicious gift from god. In “Vedas” what type of duties human beings have discussed
in it. Human beings are most sensible and intelligent on earth to whom capable to do anything on earth.
God has created human beings with lots of criteria like, Wakeup: early to bed, your daily routine
including brush & bath than practicing Yoga after that earn to survive the life.
Basically the criteria “YOGA”, it is the most powerful process for human beings to aware about their
Karmas (duty to survive life). Yoga it will aware about your inners power and revealed it to everywhere.
It demonstrates you about the values of human life for other. It will glorify your inner strength, your
inner peace, and your moral values.
Practicing daily yoga will give you lots of beneficiary factor. It helps to rebuild your immune system,
improve appetite system, beneficial for weight management, give you ultimate calm & peace, prevent
stress, maintain body physique, magnify your strength etc.
For all these you have to start from beginner’s level. In the very first few days you feel lots of pain so not
