1. MY FOOTPRINT IN OUR ENVIROMENT
It is important to remember that we as humans are part
of the environment. Withover 6 billion of usonEarth,
ourcombinedactionsalsohave a
bigimpactontheenvironment. However, at leastwe are
aware of thatimpact. We can do things as individuals and
we can
findwaystoworktogethertolessenthedetrimentalimpacts
of billions of people.
2. Activities focuses on some very different techniques that
individuals are using topreserve biodiversity.
3. Students then work to see the impact that theseactivities
have on the ecosystem. Next, we draw the map of our
area and know wherewe are in the world.
4. Finally, we learn what biologists are doing to help us.
Students will try their hand at recording nature sounds.
