Explanation:
The diagram on the left represents the person’s i3 profile,
ranking 7 instinctive indicators from most instinctive at the top,
to least instinctive at the bottom.
The ranking and mix of these indicators determines which traits
are more natural (higher indicators) or traits that need more
application (lower indicators).
There is no right or wrong ranking, these 7 traits are used by all
of us daily and it is simply the mix of traits which influences
behaviour.
Overview
 Has a natural ability to listen and learn, following
instruction and guidance well whilst confident to ask
thoughtful and relevant questions in her strive to get things
done well.
 Will methodically and conscientiously carry out initial
research and fact-finding prior to initiating, or as part of
completing, given tasks; willingly showing and passing on
this knowledge to help others.
 Valued and considerate team member; will enjoy being
involved and giving her support whilst also encouraging
others to participate when working towards common
goals.
 Hardworking, loyal, positive and fair
 Shows great commitment to completing tasks to the best
of her ability, approaching ideas and situations objectively
and realistically.
 Confident communicator both verbal and written.
Explanation:
The diagram on the right represents the
productive environment, illustrating the most
preferential and least comfortable conditions
that are likely to affect productivity.
The four quadrants are determined by two
indexes representing opposing preferences of
Task to Social and Flexible to Ordered. The
grey and blue bands plot general and wider
areas of preference.
Spending extended periods far outside of an
area of preference can become
uncomfortable, increasing stress and
decreasing productivity. We can all exist for
periods in any environment but spending
extended periods in the area of preference
will increase productivity.
Effective environment
 Best suited working alongside team
members and other people daily
 Will flourish within an environment which
allows for a mix of flexibility and routine
when completing tasks
