Combine that with competition andthe learning curve gets steeper.Many talents believe they are not digi-savvy. We wanted to prove them wrong. GroupM Interaction set upMonthly Digital Challenge to give everyone an opportunity to showcase their skills.The talents had to complete tasks (posting on Facebook, Googling, Tweeting…) to score points forthemselves and their agency.A year later, we can confidently say that at least 81% of all GroupM talents know digital and therefore couldplan for it, as compared to 30% in its launch.(99 words)Period : February – December 2012

How It Works• Two tasks related to social & digital platforms are sent out every month toour talents• Those who participate send in their entries by a deadline, and earn pointsbased on accuracy & creativity. Their individual points contribute to theiroverall agency scoring.• Every month, there will be 3 winners and 1 Agency of the Month.• Monthly winners are selected based on the highest points.• Behind these tasks are a different pair each month, chosen from the digitalteam to come up with the challenges, tabulate the scores and select winners
