Getting Started – The Cost
Free $20 USD/Month Pay-Per-Use
ChatGPT 3 ChatGPT 3+ ChatGPT Turbo AI
• ChatGPT API charges $0.01 to generate 4000 words
• At that price it would cost $2.89 to produce a volume of text equal to
all the Harry Potter Books combined.

Editor's Notes
The end of writing? Yes and no. ChatGPT will never replace creative writing or original research. However, the vast majority of writing will be replaced by AI prompting and editing.
ChatGPT will probably take a very long time before it can be relied on for facts (and it very well may never), so this will be the new normal for writing
Velocity of new content will increase exponentially, especially unreliable, automated content
The cost of p
Low quality content will be harder to spot
If our current spam filters (search engines, email spam boxes, social feeds) can’t keep up, it could be a real problem
Scam emails and other messages will be harder to spot
If the Internet is filled with too much unedited AI content, it may be impossible to train LLMs to be factual because the training data will be too tainted already

Bots will become very good very quickly and may be difficult to tell from a human
Bots will become become common not only on business websites, but in all other online spaces as well
Customer service bots will be able to read customer preference profiles to provide personalized service
As voice recognition technology improves, voice bots will become more and more common as well
