  2. 2. Audience - A group of elderly tourists from Germany who are visiting Malaysia. Problem - Interested to try new food but have many health complications. Role - As tourist guides, to promote the heritage of dim sum restaurants in and around Kuala Lumpur. The ways used to convince them and persuade them. Task Given

Choosing food carefully during a dim sum meal in restaurants: 1. recommended to choose dim sum that are low in total fat and rich in complex carbohydrate as the staple foods 2. consume about half plate of boiled vegetable per person (preferably without sauce) 3. consume steamed salty dim sum in moderate amount 4. choose less pan-fried and deep-fried dim sum 5. avoid consuming the soup of rice-in-soup and noodles-in- soup.
