This document discusses two discussion prompts for an online course. The first prompt asks the student to consider what technology platform would be best to host a weekly discussion on trending topics in their field. Key considerations for the platform selection include the audience, purpose, and tone of the discussions. The second prompt requires the student to analyze the audience of a speech or presentation they found engaging. They must discuss the topic, intended audience, how the speaker adapted to the audience, and any presentation tools used. The student will submit a 2-3 minute video response addressing these points.
