Cells are the basic unit of life. There are two main types of cells: prokaryotic cells which lack a nucleus, and eukaryotic cells which contain a nucleus surrounded by a nuclear envelope. This coursework will involve studying cell structure, function, and processes such as transport mechanisms, cell division and DNA replication under a microscope.
