This document outlines the agenda for a Scrum workshop conducted by PT. Global Visi Media. The workshop covers self-assessment of skills and team formation, an introduction to Scrum frameworks and practices like sprint planning and daily stand-ups, and two sample sprints where participants work in teams to build an educational product.
