Contingency Search: Our discipline specific consultants take time to understand your
needs, culture and business to ensure that we find candidates with the appropriate skills

Retained Search: You need to work in partnership with a consultancy with experience and

Contract Recruitment
We are renowned globally for our timely attitude to resourcing and filling highly specific
technical contract roles in the UK and overseas, with experience of many different project
types. We understand that your contractors are key to your projects’ success, and can
often mean the realisation of your organisations’ goals and future plans.
We provide full mobilisation and demobilisation services for
contractors, and stay in contact with our contracted staff
throughout the duration of the project, right through to
handover.

and reference-check all of our contractors before we

time interviewing the wrong candidates.
Managed Services
WRS offer our clients fully bespoke, unique and tailored managed services whereby all
of your recruitment needs for a specific project or location will be outsourced to us. This
can either manifest itself in outsourcing your contract workforce, permanent recruitment
process or a combination of the two (fully integrated RPO).
