That is a missed commercial opportunity. Women make a large portion of
household consumer purchasing decisions in the United States, and they tend to
spend equal or greater numbers of hours using technology as do men according to

In other words, a marketing strategy that positions Google Glass as a “man gadget”
potentially alienates half of the consumer base who might have been keenly
interested in purchasing the product in the future.

consumer in the proportion of male more than female as male usually spend

the user of google glass, they both belong to the age
group of 31-50
• According to the survey titled Old age is the killer app for
Google Glass posted April 26, 2013 By Tom Foremski,
noticing that ”The possibilities for Google Glass are huge
in this older market. Why do companies chase the 19 to
25 year old demographic? Those kids have little money
and the entire generation has lousy job prospects.”. This
reveal that the age group of the user of google glass is in
the high proportion of older group-over 25 years old
