4. History of Google Glass:
Steve Mann can be seen as the godfather of augmented reality eye wear.
He say’s that it provides a “mediated” version of reality.
Google glass is being developed by Google X lab.
Project Glass' was unveiled for the first time on its social platform Google+ in April
2012, along with a video explaining the concept of the project.
In May 2012, Glass was demonstrated in the first test video shot with the eyewear.

5. Google glass consists of four generations:
• FIRST : Television camera named as ‘analysis of glass’ is used in this generation.
• SECOND : It is used to define effect of camera..
• THIRD: It includes the control mechanism of focus in glass.
• FOURTH: The problem which arises in focusing the lens is solved in this generation.

 Google glass is a Wearable Technology.
 The intended purpose of Google Glass would be the hands-free displaying of information
currently available to most smart phones users.
 Allowing for the interaction with the internet via natural language voice commands.
 It also had a camera attached to it.
 Uses 4G Technology and is communicated with mobile phones through Wi-Fi.

8. How Does Google Work?
• Has a small video display to display the pop up hands free information .
• It has the front facing video camera with which photos and videos can be
taken quickly.
• Speaker is designed for the ear to make or receive calls.
• A microphone is also put in, that can take the voice commands of user.

• The main goal of google glass is to take the base sensory experience of the
world and to deliver to people in a better way and more livable ,more
enjoyable, more beautiful way.
