William P. Hendrickson is a Vice President and Lead Analyst with Celerant Consulting
and a leader of their Asset Management Service Line practice. Mr. Hendrickson’s
principle focus is on identifying asset optimization performance gaps, determining the
business benefits associated with closing the gaps and designing a change management
implementation program to deliver significant bottom-line benefits. Previously, Mr.
Hendrickson was a reliability engineer with Florida Power & Light Company
responsible for generation operation & maintenance activities. Mr. Hendrickson holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Central Florida, an
MBA degree from Florida Atlantic University and is attending executive management
education training at INSEAD University in France.
