JUDE
JUDE contains 25 verses and 613 words.
Theme
The theme of the epistle is contending for the
faith.
JUDE is a general description of the apostasy of
the last days.
It is not so much Jude who speaks, as it is the
“constraining Spirit” Jud 1:3.
Jude 1:3
3Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write
unto you of the common salvation, it was
needful for me to write unto you, and exhort
you that ye should earnestly contend for the
2. 2
faith which was once delivered unto the
saints.
Jude reveals some strange insights into the evil
influences of the underworld and spiritual
wickedness in high places (Eph 6:12; Heb 13:9).
The insights reveal the reason for the
destruction of the world by a flood of water,
Jude 1:6 And the angels which kept not
their first estate, but left their own
habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting
chains under darkness unto the judgment of
the great day.
and the destruction of Sodom by fire.
Jude 1:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha,
and the cities about them in like manner,
giving themselves over to fornication, and
going after strange flesh, are set forth for an
3. 3
example, suffering the vengeance of eternal
fire.
This same perversion will be repeated during
the Tribulation (Matt 24:36-38; Luke 17:26-32).
Matt 24:36-38 36 But of that day and
hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of
heaven, but my Father only.
37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall
also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the
flood they were eating and drinking,
marrying and giving in marriage, until the
day that Noe entered into the ark,
Luke 17:26-32 26 And as it was in the
days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of
the Son of man.
27 They did eat, they drank, they married
wives, they were given in marriage, until the
4. 4
day that Noe entered into the ark, and the
flood came, and destroyed them all.
28 Likewise also as it was in the days of
Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought,
they sold, they planted, they builded;
29 But the same day that Lot went out of
Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from
heaven, and destroyed them all.
30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the
Son of man is revealed.
31 In that day, he which shall be upon the
housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him
not come down to take it away: and he that
is in the field, let him likewise not return
back.
32 Remember Lot's wife.
The Author
Jude, an apostle of the Lord Jesus Christ and
brother to James (Luke 6:16; Acts 1:13).
5. 5
Luke 6:16 And Judas the brother of James,
and Judas Iscariot, which also was the
traitor.
Acts 1:13 And when they were come in,
they went up into an upper room, where
abode both Peter, and James, and John, and
Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew,
and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus,
and Simon Zelotes, and Judas the brother of
James.
Audience
Jude exhorted the common men to contend for
the faith (1Cor 16:13; 2Cor 13:5; Col 1:23;
1Tim 4:1-6).
Jude 1:3
3Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write
unto you of the common salvation, it was
needful for me to write unto you, and exhort
you that ye should earnestly contend for the
6. 6
faith which was once delivered unto the
saints.
Mark 12:37 David therefore himself
calleth him Lord; and whence is he then his
son? And the common people heard him
gladly.
Common not meaning simple, but
honest not high minded. Much of
it is far from simple but it does
draw a man in because he
recognizes his creator giving him
truth.
1Cor 16:13 Watch ye, stand fast in the
faith, quit you like men, be strong.
2Cor 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye
be in the faith; prove your own selves.
Know ye not your own selves, how that
7. 7
Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be
reprobates?
Col 1:23 If ye continue in the faith
grounded and settled, and be not moved
away from the hope of the gospel, which ye
have heard, and which was preached to
every creature which is under heaven;
whereof I Paul am made a minister;
1Tim 4:1-6 1 Now the Spirit speaketh
expressly, that in the latter times some shall
depart from the faith, giving heed to
seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their
conscience seared with a hot iron;
3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to
abstain from meats, which God hath created
to be received with thanksgiving of them
which believe and know the truth.
8. 8
4 For every creature of God is good, and
nothing to be refused, if it be received with
thanksgiving:
5 For it is sanctified by the word of God and
prayer.
6 If thou put the brethren in remembrance
of these things, thou shalt be a good
minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the
words of faith and of good doctrine,
whereunto thou hast attained.
The Enemy
This spiritual war is to be waged against the evil
doctrines of false prophets.
Sensual spirits of Satan will have world
dominance during the Tribulation (Rev 18:23).
Rev 18:23 And the light of a candle shall
shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of
the bridegroom and of the bride shall be
heard no more at all in thee: for thy
9. 9
merchants were the great men of the earth;
for by thy sorceries were all nations
deceived.
Artillery
The doctrine of devils is hindered when
common man exposes it.
Rev 6:9 And when he had opened the fifth
seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them
that were slain for the word of God, and for
the testimony which they held:
Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the
blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their
testimony; and they loved not their lives
unto the death.
Rev 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with
the woman, and went to make war with the
remnant of her seed, which keep the
10. 10
commandments of God, and have the
testimony of Jesus Christ.
Jude 1:20 But ye, beloved, building up
yourselves on your most holy faith, praying
in the Holy Ghost,
Jude 1:22-23 22 And of some have
compassion, making a difference:
23 And others save with fear, pulling them
out of the fire; hating even the garment
spotted by the flesh.
The Lord Jesus demonstrates both methods of
witnessing to a religious leader and a common
woman (John 3:1-21; 4:1-42).

Jude 1:3

common salvation (in OT)
Isa 45:17 But Israel shall be saved in the
LORD with an everlasting salvation: ye
shall not be ashamed nor confounded world
without end.
Isa 45:22 Look unto me, and be ye saved,
all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and
there is none else.
Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any
other: for there is none other name under
17. 17
heaven given among men, whereby we must
be saved.
Acts 4:1 And as they spake unto the
people, the priests, and the captain of the
temple, and the Sadducees, came upon
them,
Acts 4:5-6 5 And it came to pass on
the morrow, that their rulers, and elders,
and scribes, 6 And Annas the high
priest, and Caiaphas, and John, and
Alexander, and as many as were of the
kindred of the high priest, were gathered
together at Jerusalem.
Acts 4:8 Then Peter, filled with the
Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of
the people, and elders of Israel,
Acts 4:10 Be it known unto you all,
and to all the people of Israel, that by the
name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom
ye crucified, whom God raised from the
dead, even by him doth this man stand
here before you whole.
18. 18
Acts 4:11 This is the stone which was
set at nought of you builders, which is
become the head of the corner.
Acts 13:46 Then Paul and Barnabas waxed
bold, and said, It was necessary that the
word of God should first have been spoken
to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and
judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting
life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.
Acts 13:47 For so hath the Lord
commanded us, saying, I have set thee to
be a light of the Gentiles, that thou
shouldest be for salvation unto the ends
of the earth.
Acts 28:28 Be it known therefore unto
you, that the salvation of God is sent unto
the Gentiles, and that they will hear it.
19. 19
Gal 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek,
there is neither bond nor free, there is
neither male nor female: for ye are all one in
Christ Jesus.
Titus 1:4 To Titus, mine own son after the
common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace,
from God the Father and the Lord Jesus
Christ our Saviour.
2Pet 1:1 Simon Peter, a servant and an
apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have
obtained like precious faith with us through
the righteousness of God and our Saviour
Jesus Christ:
“The common salvation...the faith which was
once delivered to the saints” (vs. 3).
This is obviously a “body of truth”—of things
believed by Christians ( Luke 1:1).
20. 20
Luke 1:1 Forasmuch as many have taken in
hand to set forth in order a declaration of
those things which are most surely believed
among us,
Paul says it when he says “I have kept THE
FAITH,” and again, when he uses it in 2
Timothy 2:18; 3:8, (Titus 1:4).
2Tim 2:18 Who concerning the truth have
erred, saying that the resurrection is past
already; and overthrow the faith of some.
2Tim 3:8 Now as Jannes and Jambres
withstood Moses, so do these also resist the
truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate
concerning the faith.
Titus 1:4 To Titus, mine own son after the
common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace,
from God the Father and the Lord Jesus
Christ our Saviour.
21. 21

Prov 28:4 They that forsake the law praise
the wicked: but such as keep the law
contend with them.
Jer 15:10-17 10 Woe is me, my mother,
that thou hast borne me a man of strife and a
man of contention to the whole earth! I
have neither lent on usury, nor men have
lent to me on usury; yet every one of them
doth curse me.
11 The LORD said, Verily it shall be well
with thy remnant; verily I will cause the
enemy to entreat thee well in the time of evil
and in the time of affliction.
12 Shall iron break the northern iron and
the steel?
13 Thy substance and thy treasures will I
give to the spoil without price, and that for
all thy sins, even in all thy borders.
22. 22
14 And I will make thee to pass with thine
enemies into a land which thou knowest not:
for a fire is kindled in mine anger, which
shall burn upon you.
15 O LORD, thou knowest: remember me,
and visit me, and revenge me of my
persecutors; take me not away in thy
longsuffering: know that for thy sake I have
suffered rebuke.
16 Thy words were found, and I did eat
them; and thy word was unto me the joy and
rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by
thy name, O LORD God of hosts.
17 I sat not in the assembly of the mockers,
nor rejoiced; I sat alone because of thy
hand: for thou hast filled me with
indignation.
1Thess 2:2 But even after that we had
suffered before, and were shamefully
entreated, as ye know, at Philippi, we were

bold in our God to speak unto you the
gospel of God with much contention.
“The faith,”
as presented by Jude, deals with the Old
Testament in Jude 1:5–7, 9, 11, 14, 23
Jude 1:5-7 5 I will therefore put you in
remembrance, though ye once knew this,
how that the Lord, having saved the people
out of the land of Egypt, afterward
destroyed them that believed not.
6 And the angels which kept not their
first estate, but left their own habitation, he
hath reserved in everlasting chains under
darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the
cities about them in like manner, giving
themselves over to fornication, and going
after strange flesh, are set forth for an
example, suffering the vengeance of eternal
fire.
24. 24
Jude 1:9 Yet Michael the archangel, when
contending with the devil he disputed
about the body of Moses, durst not bring
against him a railing accusation, but said,
The Lord rebuke thee.
Jude 1:11 Woe unto them! for they have
gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily
after the error of Balaam for reward, and
perished in the gainsaying of Core.
Jude 1:14 And Enoch also, the seventh
from Adam, prophesied of these, saying,
Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands
of his saints,
The “common faith,”
presented in this epistle, is tied to:
“the days of Lot” (Luke 17:28–30 cf. Jude 1:7),
25. 25
Luke 17:28-30 28 Likewise also as it was
in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank,
they bought, they sold, they planted, they
builded;
29 But the same day that Lot went out of
Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from
heaven, and destroyed them all.
30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the
Son of man is revealed.
Jude 1:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha,
and the cities about them in like manner,
giving themselves over to fornication, and
going after strange flesh, are set forth for an
example, suffering the vengeance of eternal
fire.
Pharaoh (Jude 1:5),
Jude 1:5 I will therefore put you in
remembrance, though ye once knew this,
how that the Lord, having saved the people
26. 26
out of the land of Egypt, afterward
destroyed them that believed not.
Moses the lawgiver (Jude 1:9),
Jude 1:9 Yet Michael the archangel, when
contending with the devil he disputed about
the body of Moses, durst not bring against
him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord
rebuke thee.
the angel who represents Israel in glory Jude 1:9
cf. Dan. 12:1,
Jude 1:9 Yet Michael the archangel, when
contending with the devil he disputed about
the body of Moses, durst not bring against
him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord
rebuke thee.
Dan 12:1 And at that time shall Michael
stand up, the great prince which standeth for
the children of thy people: and there shall be
a time of trouble, such as never was since

there was a nation even to that same time:
and at that time thy people shall be

written in the book.
and the sins of Old Testament men who were
controlled by Satan (Jude 1:11, 15).
Jude 1:11 Woe unto them! for they have
gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily
after the error of Balaam for reward, and
perished in the gainsaying of Core.
Jude 1:15 To execute judgment upon all,
and to convince all that are ungodly among
them of all their ungodly deeds which they
have ungodly committed, and of all their
hard speeches which ungodly sinners have
spoken against him.
That is NOT “the faith” presented to the Body
of Christ by the apostle to the Gentiles
(Romans–Titus).
28. 28
The saints in Jude’s context would be
Ps 16:3 But to the saints that are in the
earth, and to the excellent, in whom is all
my delight.
Ps 34:9 O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for
there is no want to them that fear him.
Ps 50:5 Gather my saints together unto me;
those that have made a covenant with me by
sacrifice.
Ps 79:2 The dead bodies of thy servants
have they given to be meat unto the fowls of
the heaven, the flesh of thy saints unto the
beasts of the earth.
Ps 97:10 Ye that love the LORD, hate evil:
he preserveth the souls of his saints; he
29. 29
delivereth them out of the hand of the
wicked.
Ps 116:15 Precious in the sight of the
LORD is the death of his saints.
Dan 7:18 But the saints of the most High
shall take the kingdom, and possess the
kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.
Dan 7:21-22 21 I beheld, and the same
horn made war with the saints, and
prevailed against them;
22 Until the Ancient of days came, and
judgment was given to the saints of the most
High; and the time came that the saints
possessed the kingdom.
Dan 7:25 And he shall speak great words
against the most High, and shall wear out
the saints of the most High, and think to
30. 30
change times and laws: and they shall be
given into his hand until a time and times
and the dividing of time.
Dan 7:27 And the kingdom and dominion,
and the greatness of the kingdom under the
whole heaven, shall be given to the people
of the saints of the most High, whose
kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all
dominions shall serve and obey him.
Rev 8:3 And another angel came and stood
at the altar, having a golden censer; and
there was given unto him much incense, that
he should offer it with the prayers of all
saints upon the golden altar which was
before the throne.
Rev 11:18 And the nations were angry, and
thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead,
that they should be judged, and that thou
shouldest give reward unto thy servants the
31. 31
prophets, and to the saints, and them that
fear thy name, small and great; and
shouldest destroy them which destroy the
earth.
Rev 13:7 And it was given unto him to
make war with the saints, and to overcome
them: and power was given him over all
kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
Rev 13:10 He that leadeth into captivity
shall go into captivity: he that killeth with
the sword must be killed with the sword.
Here is the patience and the faith of the
saints.
Rev 14:12 Here is the patience of the
saints: here are they that keep the
commandments of God, and the faith of
Jesus.
32. 32
Rev 16:6 For they have shed the blood of
saints and prophets, and thou hast given
them blood to drink; for they are worthy.
Jude 1:4
4For there are certain men crept in unawares,
who were before of old ordained to this
condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace
of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the
only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
certain men
Acts 20:29 For I know this, that after my
departing shall grievous wolves enter in
among you, not sparing the flock.
Gal 2:4 And that because of false brethren
unawares brought in, who came in privily to
spy out our liberty which we have in Christ
Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage:
33. 33
2Pet 2:1-3 1 But there were false
prophets also among the people, even as
there shall be false teachers among you,
who privily shall bring in damnable
heresies, even denying the Lord that bought
them, and bring upon themselves swift
destruction.
2 And many shall follow their pernicious
ways; by reason of whom the way of truth
shall be evil spoken of.
3 And through covetousness shall they with
feigned words make merchandise of you:
whose judgment now of a long time
lingereth not, and their damnation
slumbereth not.
“Certain men...UNGODLY men” (vs. 4).
The word “ungodly” occurs SIX times in Jude;
that is an average of once every four verses.
34. 34
As Jude proceeds you will notice how it
matches Peter’s second epistle:
2Pet 2:1 But there were false prophets also
among the people, even as there shall be
false teachers among you, who privily shall
bring in damnable heresies, even denying
the Lord that bought them, and bring upon
themselves swift destruction.
2Pet 2:2 And many shall follow their
pernicious ways; by reason of whom the
way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
2Pet 2:6-8 6 And turning the cities of
Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes
condemned them with an overthrow, making
them an ensample unto those that after
should live ungodly;
7 And delivered just Lot, vexed with the
filthy conversation of the wicked:
35. 35
8 (For that righteous man dwelling among
them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his
righteous soul from day to day with their
unlawful deeds;)
2Pet 2:10-13 10 But chiefly them that
walk after the flesh in the lust of
uncleanness, and despise government.
Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are
not afraid to speak evil of dignities.
11 Whereas angels, which are greater in
power and might, bring not railing
accusation against them before the Lord.
12 But these, as natural brute beasts, made
to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the
things that they understand not; and shall
utterly perish in their own corruption;
13 And shall receive the reward of
unrighteousness, as they that count it
pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they
are and blemishes, sporting themselves with
36. 36
their own deceivings while they feast with
you;
2Pet 2:15 Which have forsaken the right
way, and are gone astray, following the way
of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the
wages of unrighteousness;
2Pet 2:17-18 17 These are wells without
water, clouds that are carried with a
tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is
reserved for ever.
18 For when they speak great swelling
words of vanity, they allure through the
lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness,
those that were clean escaped from them
who live in error.
The ungodly men “crept in unawares.”
Unlike John’s apostates who went OUT from
the saints (1 John 2:19),
37. 37
1John 2:19 They went out from us, but
they were not of us; for if they had been of
us, they would no doubt have continued
with us: but they went out, that they might
be made manifest that they were not all of
us.
these wolves “in sheep’s clothing” snuck into
the fold.
In this age, they are the ones that Paul warned
the elders about in Acts 20:29.
Acts 20:29 For I know this, that after my
departing shall grievous wolves enter in
among you, not sparing the flock.
In the Tribulation they will be those who “say
they are JEWS, and are NOT” (Rev. 2:9);
Rev 2:9 I know thy works, and tribulation,
and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know
the blasphemy of them which say they are
38. 38
Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of
Satan.
they are “the children of the wicked one”
(Matt. 13:38)—“the TARES”
Matt 13:38 The field is the world; the
good seed are the children of the kingdom;
but the tares are the children of the wicked
one;
into lasciviousness
Mark 7:21-23 21 For from within, out of
the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts,
adulteries, fornications, murders,
22 Thefts, covetousness, wickedness,
deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye,
blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
23 All these evil things come from within,
and defile the man.
39. 39
Eph 4:17-19 17 This I say therefore, and
testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk
not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of
their mind,
18 Having the understanding darkened,
being alienated from the life of God through
the ignorance that is in them, because of the
blindness of their heart:
19 Who being past feeling have given
themselves over unto lasciviousness, to
work all uncleanness with greediness.
1Pet 4:1-5 1 Forasmuch then as Christ
hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm
yourselves likewise with the same mind: for
he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased
from sin;
2 That he no longer should live the rest of
his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but
to the will of God.
40. 40
3 For the time past of our life may suffice
us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles,
when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts,
excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and
abominable idolatries:
4 Wherein they think it strange that ye run
not with them to the same excess of riot,
speaking evil of you:
5 Who shall give account to him that is
ready to judge the quick and the dead.
denying
2Tim 3:4-5 4 Traitors, heady,
highminded, lovers of pleasures more than
lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying
the power thereof: from such turn away.
2Pet 2:1 But there were false prophets also
among the people, even as there shall be
false teachers among you, who privily shall

bring in damnable heresies, even denying
the Lord that bought them, and bring upon
themselves swift destruction.
--Part 3
Jude 1:5
5I will therefore put you in remembrance,
though ye once knew this, how that the Lord,
having saved the people out of the land of
Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed
not.
"having saved the people out of the land
of Egypt, afterward destroyed"
Heb 3:16-19
Heb 3:16-19 16 For some, when they
had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all
that came out of Egypt by Moses.
42. 42
17 But with whom was he grieved
forty years? was it not with them that
had sinned, whose carcases fell in the
wilderness?
18 And to whom sware he that they
should not enter into his rest, but to
them that believed not?
19 So we see that they could not enter
in because of unbelief.
Heb 3:12 Take heed, brethren, lest there be
in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in
departing from the living God.
Heb 3:14 For we are made partakers of
Christ, if we hold the beginning of our
confidence stedfast unto the end;
Note someone’s “destruction” AFTER they
were “saved” (vs. 5).
43. 43
“…having saved the people…
afterward destroyed them…”
Now, we understand the word “saved” here
was a deliverance from bondage,
but not so in…
Jas 5:20 Let him know, that he which
converteth the sinner from the error of
his way shall save a soul from death,
and shall hide a multitude of sins.
“SAVE A SOUL FROM DEATH,”
and
Matt 24:13 But he that shall endure unto
the end, the same shall be saved.
“He that shall endure unto the
END...shall be SAVED.”
44. 44
Hundreds of sinners will survive the
Tribulation physically
and then wind up in Hell after it is over.
Matt 25:44-46 44 Then shall they
also answer him, saying, Lord, when
saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a
stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison,
and did not minister unto thee?
45 Then shall he answer them, saying,
Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye
did it not to one of the least of these, ye
did it not to me.
46 And these shall go away into
everlasting punishment: but the
righteous into life eternal.
Notice Jude’s threatening tones in verses 5,
the writer of Hebrews (who just dealt with
the same subject matter in Heb. 3:16–19),
said:
45. 45
Heb 10:37-39
37For yet a little while, and he that shall
come will come, and will not tarry.
38Now the just shall live by faith: but if any
man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure
in him.
39But we are not of them who draw back unto
perdition; but of them that believe to the
saving of the soul.
2Thess 2:3 Let no man deceive you by
any means: for that day shall not come,
except there come a falling away first,
and that man of sin be revealed, the son
of perdition;
John 17:12 While I was with them in
the world, I kept them in thy name:
those that thou gavest me I have kept,
and none of them is lost, but the son of
46. 46
perdition; that the scripture might be
fulfilled.
That context is WORKS in each passage.
Jas 2:14-18 14 What doth it profit,
my brethren, though a man say he hath
faith, and have not works? can faith
save him?
15 If a brother or sister be naked, and
destitute of daily food,
16 And one of you say unto them,
Depart in peace, be ye warmed and
filled; notwithstanding ye give them not
those things which are needful to the
body; what doth it profit?
17 Even so faith, if it hath not works,
is dead, being alone.
18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith,
and I have works: shew me thy faith
47. 47
without thy works, and I will shew thee
my faith by my works.
1John 3:10 In this the children of God
are manifest, and the children of the
devil: whosoever doeth not
righteousness is not of God, neither he
that loveth not his brother.
1John 3:17-19 17 But whoso hath
this world's good, and seeth his brother
have need, and shutteth up his bowels of
compassion from him, how dwelleth the
love of God in him?
18 My little children, let us not love in
word, neither in tongue; but in deed and
in truth.
19 And hereby we know that we are of
the truth, and shall assure our hearts
before him.
48. 48
The two cases show that if a man does NOT
“endure unto the end”
or
“believe to the saving of the soul,”
he winds up in
“everlasting chains under darkness”
and will suffer
“eternal FIRE” (Jude 1:7)
Jude 1:7 Even as Sodom and
Gomorrha, and the cities about them in
like manner, giving themselves over to
fornication, and going after strange
flesh, are set forth for an example,
suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
Jude 1:6
6And the angels which kept not their first
estate, but left their own habitation, he hath
reserved in everlasting chains under darkness
unto the judgment of the great day.
49. 49
Angels are spirits in their original state (Psa
104:4; Heb 1:7).
Ps 104:4 Who maketh his angels
spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:
Heb 1:7 And of the angels he saith,
Who maketh his angels spirits, and
his ministers a flame of fire.
When an angel mutates from the spirit world
into physical world, he permanently forfeits
the spirit world.
These perverted angels can procreate with
women and animals (Gen 6:1-4; Lev 18:22-
23).
Gen 6:1-4 1 And it came to pass,
when men began to multiply on the face
of the earth, and daughters were born
unto them,
50. 50
2 That the sons of God saw the
daughters of men that they were fair;
and they took them wives of all which
they chose.
Job 1:6 Now there was a day when
the sons of God came to present
themselves before the LORD, and
Satan came also among them.
Job 2:1 Again there was a day
when the sons of God came to
present themselves before the
LORD, and Satan came also among
them to present himself before the
LORD.
Job 38:6-7 6 Whereupon are the
foundations thereof fastened? or who
laid the corner stone thereof; 7
When the morning stars sang
51. 51
together, and all the sons of God
shouted for joy?
3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall
not always strive with man, for that he
also is flesh: yet his days shall be an
hundred and twenty years.
4 There were giants in the earth in those
days; and also after that, when the sons
of God came in unto the daughters of
men, and they bare children to them, the
same became mighty men which were of
old, men of renown.
The “also after that” (Gen. 6:4)
indicates that such activity also
occurred after the flood, which
explains the existence of giants
throughout the Old Testament
(Num. 13:33; Deu. 3:11-13; Jsh.
18:16; I Sam. 17:4; II Sam. 21:16;
I Chr. 20:8, etc.)
52. 52
Lev 18:22-23 22 Thou shalt not lie
with mankind, as with womankind: it is
abomination.
23 Neither shalt thou lie with any beast
to defile thyself therewith: neither shall
any woman stand before a beast to lie
down thereto: it is confusion.
When the Lord God destroys these perverted
beings, they die like men (Psa 82:5-7)
Ps 82:5-7 5 They know not, neither
will they understand; they walk on in
darkness: all the foundations of the earth
are out of course.
6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of
you are children of the most High.
7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like
one of the princes.
53. 53
and they are chained in hell until the Great
White Throne Judgment (1Cor 6:1-3; 1Pet
3:19; 2Pet 2:4).
1Cor 6:1-3 1 Dare any of you, having
a matter against another, go to law
before the unjust, and not before the
saints?
2 Do ye not know that the saints shall
judge the world? and if the world shall
be judged by you, are ye unworthy to
judge the smallest matters?
3 Know ye not that we shall judge
angels? how much more things that
pertain to this life?
1Pet 3:19 By which also he went and
preached unto the spirits in prison;
2Pet 2:4 For if God spared not the
angels that sinned, but cast them down
54. 54
to hell, and delivered them into chains of
darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

Jude 1:7
7Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities
about them in like manner, giving themselves
over to fornication, and going after strange
flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the
vengeance of eternal fire.
Strange flesh
could be fallen angels (Gen 6:1-6),
devils transformed into men (Isa 14:12-16;
Ezek 28:2; Dan 2:43; John 6:70-71; 2Cor
11:13-14),
Isa 14:12-16 12 How art thou fallen

throne above the stars of God: I will sit
also upon the mount of the
congregation, in the sides of the north:
14 I will ascend above the heights of the
clouds; I will be like the most High. 15
Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell,
to the sides of the pit. 16 They that see
thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and
consider thee, saying, Is this the man
that made the earth to tremble, that did
shake kingdoms;
Ezek 28:2 Son of man, say unto the
prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord
GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up,
and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in
the seat of God, in the midst of the seas;
yet thou art a man, and not God,
though thou set thine heart as the heart
of God:

John 6:70-71 70 Jesus answered
them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and
one of you is a devil? 71 He spake of
Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for he it
was that should betray him, being one of
the twelve.
2Cor 11:13-14 13 For such are false
apostles, deceitful workers, transforming
themselves into the apostles of Christ.
14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is
transformed into an angel of light.

John 8:44 Ye are of your father the

unrighteousness; 19 Because that
which may be known of God is manifest
in them; for God hath shewed it unto
them. 20 For the invisible things of him
from the creation of the world are
clearly seen, being understood by the
things that are made, even his eternal
power and Godhead; so that they are
without excuse: 21 Because that, when
they knew God, they glorified him not as
God, neither were thankful; but became
vain in their imaginations, and their
foolish heart was darkened. 22
Professing themselves to be wise, they
became fools, 23 And changed the glory
of the uncorruptible God into an image
made like to corruptible man, and to
birds, and fourfooted beasts, and
creeping things. 24 Wherefore God also
gave them up to uncleanness through the
lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour
their own bodies between themselves:

25 Who changed the truth of God into a
lie, and worshipped and served the
creature more than the Creator, who is
blessed for ever. Amen. 26 For this
cause God gave them up unto vile
affections: for even their women did
change the natural use into that which is
against nature: 27 And likewise also the
men, leaving the natural use of the
woman, burned in their lust one toward
another; men with men working that
which is unseemly, and receiving in
themselves that recompence of their
error which was meet. 28 And even as
they did not like to retain God in their
knowledge, God gave them over to a
reprobate mind, to do those things which
are not convenient; 29 Being filled with
all unrighteousness, fornication,
wickedness, covetousness,
maliciousness; full of envy, murder,
debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30

Ancient Jewish mysticism and Kabbalah

God, a male-female (androgynous or

places doth he murder the innocent: his

eyes are privily set against the poor. 9
He lieth in wait secretly as a lion in his
den: he lieth in wait to catch the poor: he
doth catch the poor, when he draweth
him into his net. 10 He croucheth, and
humbleth himself, that the poor may fall
by his strong ones.
Ps 58:1-5 1 To the chief Musician,
Altaschith, Michtam of David. Do ye
indeed speak righteousness, O
congregation? do ye judge uprightly, O
ye sons of men? 2 Yea, in heart ye work
wickedness; ye weigh the violence of
your hands in the earth. 3 The wicked
are estranged from the womb: they go
astray as soon as they be born, speaking
lies. 4 Their poison is like the poison of
a serpent: they are like the deaf adder
that stoppeth her ear; 5 Which will not

hearken to the voice of charmers,
charming never so wisely.
Ps 64:1-6 1 To the chief Musician, A
Psalm of David. Hear my voice, O God,
in my prayer: preserve my life from fear
of the enemy. 2 Hide me from the secret
counsel of the wicked; from the
insurrection of the workers of iniquity: 3
Who whet their tongue like a sword, and
bend their bows to shoot their arrows,
even bitter words: 4 That they may
shoot in secret at the perfect: suddenly
do they shoot at him, and fear not. 5
They encourage themselves in an evil
matter: they commune of laying snares
privily; they say, Who shall see them? 6
They search out iniquities; they
accomplish a diligent search: both the
inward thought of every one of them,
and the heart, is deep.

Jer 11:9-10 9 And the LORD said
unto me, A conspiracy is found among
the men of Judah, and among the
inhabitants of Jerusalem. 10 They are
turned back to the iniquities of their
forefathers, which refused to hear my
words; and they went after other gods to
serve them: the house of Israel and the
house of Judah have broken my
covenant which I made with their
fathers.
Ezek 22:25-29 25 There is a
conspiracy of her prophets in the midst
thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the
prey; they have devoured souls; they
have taken the treasure and precious
things; they have made her many
widows in the midst thereof. 26 Her
priests have violated my law, and have
81. 81
profaned mine holy things: they have
put no difference between the holy and
profane, neither have they shewed
difference between the unclean and the
clean, and have hid their eyes from my
sabbaths, and I am profaned among
them. 27 Her princes in the midst
thereof are like wolves ravening the
prey, to shed blood, and to destroy
souls, to get dishonest gain. 28 And her
prophets have daubed them with
untempered morter, seeing vanity, and
divining lies unto them, saying, Thus
saith the Lord GOD, when the LORD
hath not spoken. 29 The people of the
land have used oppression, and
exercised robbery, and have vexed the
poor and needy: yea, they have
oppressed the stranger wrongfully.

Rev 13:11 And I beheld another beast

Child abuse, pedophilia, sacrifice, and
trafficking by the economic, judicial, media,
medical, political, and religious elite or new
world order are violent methods of
blackmail, control, deception, and
dominance (Ezek 28:16-19; Matt 11:12).
Ezek 28:16-19 16 By the multitude of
thy merchandise they have filled the
midst of thee with violence, and thou
hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as
profane out of the mountain of God: and
I will destroy thee, O covering cherub,
from the midst of the stones of fire. 17
Thine heart was lifted up because of thy
83. 83
beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom
by reason of thy brightness: I will cast
thee to the ground, I will lay thee before
kings, that they may behold thee. 18
Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the
multitude of thine iniquities, by the
iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I
bring forth a fire from the midst of thee,
it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee
to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all
them that behold thee. 19 All they that
know thee among the people shall be
astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror,
and never shalt thou be any more.
Matt 11:12 And from the days of John
the Baptist until now the kingdom of
heaven suffereth violence, and the
violent take it by force.

The LORD judged Sodom for this
wickedness as a warning to the world (Luke
17:26-37; Rev 11:8).
Luke 17:26-37 26 And as it was in
the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the
days of the Son of man. 27 They did
eat, they drank, they married wives, they
were given in marriage, until the day
that Noe entered into the ark, and the
flood came, and destroyed them all. 28
Likewise also as it was in the days of
Lot; they did eat, they drank, they
bought, they sold, they planted, they
builded; 29 But the same day that Lot
went out of Sodom it rained fire and
brimstone from heaven, and destroyed
them all. 30 Even thus shall it be in the
day when the Son of man is revealed.
31 In that day, he which shall be upon
the housetop, and his stuff in the house,
let him not come down to take it away:
and he that is in the field, let him
85. 85
likewise not return back. 32 Remember
Lot's wife. 33 Whosoever shall seek to
save his life shall lose it; and whosoever
shall lose his life shall preserve it. 34 I
tell you, in that night there shall be two
men in one bed; the one shall be taken,
and the other shall be left. 35 Two
women shall be grinding together; the
one shall be taken, and the other left. 36
Two men shall be in the field; the one
shall be taken, and the other left. 37
And they answered and said unto him,
Where, Lord? And he said unto them,
Wheresoever the body is, thither will the
eagles be gathered together.

spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt,
where also our Lord was crucified.

The “dreamers” in Jeremiah and

The only good (or neutral) “dreamer” in
the Bible was Joseph.
Who called Joseph a “dreamer”?
It was his brothers who hated him
(the same kind of thing was said about
“Christ drinking wine” because His enemies
said He did—Matt. 11:19).
Matt 11:19 The Son of man came

Deut 34:5-6 5 So Moses the servant of

Michael= stands for a nation, Israel.
Dan 12:1 And at that time shall Michael
stand up, the great prince which standeth for
the children of thy people: and there shall be
a time of trouble, such as never was since
there was a nation even to that same time:
and at that time thy people shall be

Devil wanted to take the body of the leader of
the nation of Israel.
Moses body was taken to "glory" by Michael.

11) Woe unto them! for they have gone in the
way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of
Balaam for reward, and perished in the
gainsaying of Core.
The way of Cain
is a bloodless religion of works with a secret
society and Romanism. His motive was
Envy.
1John 3:12
The error of Balaam
100. 100
refers to the moral men associated with the
evil eye for money (Prov 28:22; Zech 11:17;
2Pet 2:15).
Prov 28:22 He that hasteth to be rich hath
an evil eye, and considereth not that poverty
shall come upon him.
Zech 11:17 Woe to the idol shepherd that
leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon
his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm
shall be clean dried up, and his right eye
shall be utterly darkened.
2Pet 2:15 Which have forsaken the right
way, and are gone astray, following the way
of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the
wages of unrighteousness;
Balaam found a way to “curse” Israel
without cursing them (Num. 31:16),
101. 101
Num 31:16 Behold, these caused the
children of Israel, through the counsel of
Balaam, to commit trespass against the
LORD in the matter of Peor, and there
was a plague among the congregation of
the LORD.
We assume he “collected” what he could
not collect (Num. 24:10–13) when he
“divined” at the sacrifices (Num. 24:9).
Num 24:10-13 10 And Balak's anger
was kindled against Balaam, and he
smote his hands together: and Balak said
unto Balaam, I called thee to curse mine
enemies, and, behold, thou hast
altogether blessed them these three
times.
11 Therefore now flee thou to thy place:
I thought to promote thee unto great
honour; but, lo, the LORD hath kept
thee back from honour.
102. 102
12 And Balaam said unto Balak, Spake
I not also to thy messengers which thou
sentest unto me, saying,
13 If Balak would give me his house
full of silver and gold, I cannot go
beyond the commandment of the LORD,
to do either good or bad of mine own
mind; but what the LORD saith, that
will I speak?
Num 24:9 He couched, he lay down as
a lion, and as a great lion: who shall stir
him up? Blessed is he that blesseth thee,
and cursed is he that curseth thee.
The error of Balaam is twofold:
“the WAY of Balaam” (2 Pet. 2:15)
2Pet 2:15 Which have forsaken the right
way, and are gone astray, following the way
103. 103
of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the
wages of unrighteousness;
1Tim 6:10 For the love of money is the
root of all evil: which while some coveted
after, they have erred from the faith, and
pierced themselves through with many
sorrows.
and “the DOCTRINE of Balaam” (Rev. 2:14).
Rev 2:14 But I have a few things against
thee, because thou hast there them that hold
the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to
cast a stumblingblock before the children of
Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols,
and to commit fornication.
Rev 2:20 Notwithstanding I have a few
things against thee, because thou sufferest
that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a
prophetess, to teach and to seduce my
104. 104
servants to commit fornication, and to eat
things sacrificed unto idols.
The modern form of this doctrine is eating a
WAFER as a “sacrifice” (when the Lord’s
Supper has never been a sacrifice, Heb. 10:8–
12)
Heb 10:8-12 8 Above when he said,
Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings
and offering for sin thou wouldest not,
neither hadst pleasure therein; which are
offered by the law;
9 Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will,
O God. He taketh away the first, that he
may establish the second.
10 By the which will we are sanctified
through the offering of the body of Jesus
Christ once for all.
11 And every priest standeth daily
ministering and offering oftentimes the
105. 105
same sacrifices, which can never take away
sins:
12 But this man, after he had offered one
sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the
right hand of God;
Catholics do this among hundreds of literal
“IDOLS” under an “IDOL SHEPHERD” (Zech.
11:17).
Zech 11:17 Woe to the idol shepherd that
leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon
his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm
shall be clean dried up, and his right eye
shall be utterly darkened.
Rev 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it
were wounded to death; and his deadly
wound was healed: and all the world
wondered after the beast.

That demoniac “shepherd” claimes that the
second commandment, as printed in all Bibles
(Exod. 20:4) does not exist.
Exod 20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee

thing that is in heaven above, or that is in

2Tim 3:8 Now as Jannes and Jambres
withstood Moses, so do these also resist the
107. 107
truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate

prophets also among the people, even as
there shall be false teachers among you,
who privily shall bring in damnable
heresies, even denying the Lord that bought
them, and bring upon themselves swift

ways; by reason of whom the way of truth

against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be
forgiven him, neither in this world, neither

forth good things: and an evil man out of the
evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. 36
But I say unto you, That every idle word

words thou shalt be condemned.

Jude 1:16
16) These are murmurers, complainers,
walking after their own lusts; and their mouth
speaketh great swelling words, having men's
persons in admiration because of advantage.
129. 129
What’s in it for me, these false prophets and
teachers are sex perverts that are professional
manipulators. If you can get some one
complaining you can move them because you
know what they want changed, you just tell
them to get what they want they have to do what
you want. See the serpent in the garden.
Dan 11:20-22
20) Then shall stand up in his estate a raiser of
taxes in the glory of the kingdom: but within
few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger,
nor in battle.
21) And in his estate shall stand up a vile
person, to whom they shall not give the honour
of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably,
and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.
22) And with the arms of a flood shall they be
overflown from before him, and shall be
broken; yea, also the prince of the covenant.
130. 130
“raiser of taxes”
When Jesus Christ came the first time, “a decree”
went forth “from Caesar Augustus,” the King of
Rome, a type of Babylon (Rev. 17),
“that all the world should be TAXED” (Luke 2:1).
That tax has been changed in the new “Bibles”
(including the N, which is NOT a King James
Bible) to a census or an enrollment so you will
lose the cross-references to Caesar as one of the
seven heads on the Beast (Rev. 13:1;).
New International Version
2 In those days Caesar Augustus issued
a decree that a census should be taken
of the entire Roman world.
Holman Christian Standard Bible
2 In those days a decree went out from
Caesar Augustus[a]
that the whole
empire[b]
should be registered.
131. 131
English Standard Version Anglicised
2 In those days a decree went out
from Caesar Augustus that all the world
should be registered.
New King James Version
2 And it came to pass in those
days that a decree went out from Caesar
Augustus that all the world should be
registered.
Right before the First Advent, there is “a raiser of
taxes,” so before Christ’s Second Advent, there
will be “a raiser of taxes.”
So, the push by the Democrats is for a global tax for
the “redistribution of wealth” (i.e., you take money
away from the United States and give it to a third-
132. 132
world dictator, more likely than not a Moslem
dictator, these days).
Now look at what happens to this “raiser of taxes” in
verse 20: “but within few days he shall be
destroyed.”
He is killed, but
“neither in anger, nor in battle.” That “anger” is
like the fury associated with war or assassination.
So, this “raiser of taxes” dies, and “a vile person”
takes his place (vs. 21).
“Then how can verse 20 be referring to the
Antichrist?”
Because when he comes, the Antichrist has two
manifestations. The first is the “man of sin,” and
the second is “the son of perdition” (2 Thess. 2:3).
The Beast comes on the scene as the Man of Sin, an
economic-political figure. At some point, one of the
heads of that Beast (probably the Roman one) is “as
it were wounded to death.”
133. 133
He is “resurrected” as the Son of Perdition, a
religious figure (2 Thess. 2:4), with the spirit of
Judas Iscariot (John 17:12; Acts 1:25 cf. Rev. 9:11)
and the soul of the Devil (Rev. 13:2, 4).
2Thess 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth
himself above all that is called God, or that
is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in
the temple of God, shewing himself that he
is God.
John 17:12 While I was with them in the
world, I kept them in thy name: those that
thou gavest me I have kept, and none of
them is lost, but the son of perdition; that
the scripture might be fulfilled.
Acts 1:25 That he may take part of this
ministry and apostleship, from which Judas
by transgression fell, that he might go to his
own place.
134. 134
Rev 9:11 And they had a king over them,
which is the angel of the bottomless pit,
whose name in the Hebrew tongue is
Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his
name Apollyon.
Rev 13:2 And the beast which I saw was
like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the
feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of
a lion: and the dragon gave him his power,
and his seat, and great authority.
Rev 13:4 And they worshipped the dragon
which gave power unto the beast: and they
worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like
unto the beast? who is able to make war
with him?
Verse 21: “And in his estate shall stand up a
VILE person.” Do you know what is so interesting
about that description?
135. 135
Twice in your Bible the word “vile” is directly
connected to the practice of sex perversion (Judg.
19:24; Rom. 1:26).
Judg 19:24 Behold, here is my daughter a
maiden, and his concubine; them I will
bring out now, and humble ye them, and do
with them what seemeth good unto you: but
unto this man do not so vile a thing.
Rom 1:26 For this cause God gave them up
unto vile affections: for even their women
did change the natural use into that which is
against nature:
So, do you know what you find about this “vile
person” down in verse 37 here in Daniel 11? He’s a
sex pervert.
Dan 11:37 Neither shall he regard the God
of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor
136. 136
regard any god: for he shall magnify himself
above all.
“as it was in the days of Lot . . . Even thus shall it
be in the day when the Son of man is revealed”
(Luke 17:28–30).
“To whom they shall not give the honour of the
kingdom.” 21
He is not the first choice of all the “one-worlders”
like the Bilderbergers, the Rothschilds, the
Illuminati, the Club of Rome, the Bohemian Grove,
etc.
He worms his way into power “by flatteries.” Now
those last two words are interesting.
Job said, “He that speaketh flattery to his friends,
even the eyes of his children shall fail” (Job 17:5).
Flattery is connected with losing your eyesight.
In the case of the Antichrist, it is literal.
137. 137
“Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock!
the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his
RIGHT EYE: his arm shall be clean dried up,
AND HIS RIGHT EYE SHALL BE UTTERLY
DARKENED” (Zech. 11:17).
“He shall come in peaceably.”
The white horse rider in Revelation 6:2 conquers
through peace: he has no arrows for his bow.
“Peace,” when God is about to “lower the boom,” is
the message of the false prophets in the Old
Testament (Jer. 4:10, 6:14, 8:11, 14:13, 23:17; Ezek.
13:10).
Jer 4:10 Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD!
surely thou hast greatly deceived this people
and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall have peace;
whereas the sword reacheth unto the soul.
138. 138
Jer 4:6 Set up the standard toward Zion:
retire, stay not: for I will bring evil from the
north, and a great destruction.
Jer 4:8 For this gird you with sackcloth,
lament and howl: for the fierce anger of the
LORD is not turned back from us.
Jer 4:14 O Jerusalem, wash thine heart
from wickedness, that thou mayest be saved.
How long shall thy vain thoughts lodge
within thee?
Jer 4:23 I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was
without form, and void; and the heavens,
and they had no light.
Ezek 13:10 Because, even because they
have seduced my people, saying, Peace; and
there was no peace; and one built up a wall,
139. 139
and, lo, others daubed it with untempered
morter:
That is one of the things that characterizes “the
times and the seasons” before the Lord’s return
(1 Thess. 5:1).
“For yourselves know perfectly that the day of
the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For
when they shall say, PEACE AND SAFETY;
then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as
travail upon a woman with child; and they shall
not escape” (1 Thess. 5:2–3).
Num 11:1 And when the people
complained, it displeased the LORD:
and the LORD heard it; and his anger
was kindled; and the fire of the LORD
burnt among them, and consumed them
that were in the uttermost parts of the
camp.
140. 140
Num 11:18 And say thou unto the
people, Sanctify yourselves against to
morrow, and ye shall eat flesh: for ye
have wept in the ears of the LORD,
saying, Who shall give us flesh to eat?
for it was well with us in Egypt:
therefore the LORD will give you flesh,
and ye shall eat.
Num 14:36 And the men, which Moses
sent to search the land, who returned,
and made all the congregation to

slander upon the land,

the pleasant land, they believed not his
word: 25 But murmured in their tents,
and hearkened not unto the voice of the
LORD.

Luke 15:2 And the Pharisees and
scribes murmured, saying, This man

1Cor 10:10 Neither murmur ye, as
some of them also murmured, and were

Phil 2:14 Do all things without
murmurings and disputings:

after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh
great swelling words, having men's persons in
admiration because of advantage.
“and their mouth speaketh great

2Pet 2:18 For when they speak great
swelling words of vanity, they allure
through the lusts of the flesh, through much
wantonness, those that were clean escaped
from them who live in error.
Rom 16:18 For they that are such serve not
our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly;
and by good words and fair speeches
deceive the hearts of the simple.
Prov 14:15 The simple believeth every
word: but the prudent man looketh well to
his going.
Gen 3:5-6 5 For God doth know that in
the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall
be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing
good and evil. 6 And when the woman saw
that the tree was good for food, and that it
was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be
143. 143
desired to make one wise, she took of the
fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto
her husband with her; and he did eat.
2Cor 11:3-4 3 But I fear, lest by any
means, as the serpent beguiled Eve
through his subtilty, so your minds should
be corrupted from the simplicity that is in
Christ. 4 For if he that cometh preacheth
another Jesus, whom we have not preached,
or if ye receive another spirit, which ye
have not received, or another gospel, which
ye have not accepted, ye might well bear
with him.
2Cor 10:10 For his letters, say they, are

presence is weak, and his speech
contemptible.

Acts 4:13 Now when they saw the
boldness of Peter and John, and perceived
that they were unlearned and ignorant

Jesus.

Jude 1:17-18
17) But, beloved, remember ye the words which
were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord
Jesus Christ;

mockers in the last time, who should walk after
their own ungodly lusts.
145. 145
1Tim 3:6 Not a novice, lest being lifted up
with pride he fall into the condemnation of
the devil.
2Pet 3:2 That ye may be mindful of the
words which were spoken before by the
holy prophets, and of the commandment of
us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:
18)How that they told you there should be
mockers in the last time,
Ps 35:26 Let them be ashamed and brought
to confusion together that rejoice at mine
hurt: let them be clothed with shame and
dishonour that magnify themselves against
me.
Ps 142:2 I poured out my complaint before
him; I shewed before him my trouble.
146. 146
Isa 28:22 Now therefore be ye not
mockers, lest your bands be made strong:
for I have heard from the Lord GOD of
hosts a consumption, even determined upon
the whole earth.
2Tim 3:1-2 1 This know also, that in the
last days perilous times shall come. 2 For
men shall be lovers of their own selves,
covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers,
disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
2Pet 3:3 Knowing this first, that there shall
come in the last days scoffers, walking after
their own lusts,
Jude 1:19
19) These be they who separate themselves,
sensual, having not the Spirit.
147. 147
Prov 18:1-2 1 Through desire a man,
having separated himself, seeketh and
intermeddleth with all wisdom. 2 A fool
hath no delight in understanding, but that his
heart may discover itself.
Rom 8:8-9 8 So then they that are in the
flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in
the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the
Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man
have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of
his.

your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ
unto eternal life.
Rom 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also
did predestinate to be conformed to the image
of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among
many brethren.
Phil 3:20-21 20 For our conversation is in
heaven; from whence also we look for the
Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: 21 Who shall
change our vile body, that it may be fashioned
like unto his glorious body, according to the
working whereby he is able even to subdue all
things unto himself.
149. 149
21) Keep yourselves in the love of God,
looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ

This one IS “looking for the MERCY...UNTO
eternal life.”
Old Testament theology:
faith-and-works. Jude, as Peter, James, and John
are aiming at someone up in “the time of
Jacob’s trouble” (Jer. 30:7).
Jer 30:7 Alas! for that day is great, so that
none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's
trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.

justified by his blood, we shall be saved
